It’s been less than 24 hours since I saw that this guy claimed he didn’t know how to PM nonnakip on this forum and wanted the payment address refunded for his order. He provided no contact info with his order. He couldn’t provide a core confirmable signature for a refund.  He wouldn’t PM nonnakip for resolution and instead blamed me for his incompetence. I still helped him even though I don’t run the site and he’s left me negative trust and told many lies about our communications previously going as far as to make a thread full of lies and locking it so I can’t refute them with screenshot evidence. Absolutely amazing response. Where’s my gold star?

I will say this..... I do not think nonnakip is an alt of Og..... nonnakip is definitely more professional and he was honest about his blunder.  nonnakip apologized as well.    I highly doubt those words could make it out of Og's head let alone have them said out loud or typed.

Funny thing - Og claimed that he asked for the coins to be removed from the site "weeks ago" - nonnakip said he was asked 4 days ago and just didn't have the time.

I don't have any idea how OgNasty conducts business, but I'm pretty sure there's no legitimate reason why anonymousminer can't get a prompt refund.  And since I have a feeling that a refund will eventually make its way to anonymousminer's wallet, I'm baffled as to why he'd have to jump through any hoops or be given vague reasons as to the delay.  At best this is horrible customer service.

What do any "club distributions" have to do with your BTC payment for an item that is missing from their shop?

If there was no item received and you paid for an item that day, you should immediately get a refund in the same currency you paid for the missing product.

You are not a "club member" and "distributions" are for the seats on nastyfans loaded coins if im not mistaken, and what does that have anything to do with with a gold coin you attempted to buy from a website shop that was not updated properly?

This is NOT the way a shop runs, you paid, they did not deliver, you get a refund, am I missing something here?

You dont and should not have to wait for some archaic distributions fund to return your payment? Your funds should have never gone into any distribution fund to begin with if it was not processed as a proper sale. What is happening with those distribution funds, are they earning some sort of interest?  Why are they "locked up until Friday"?

It is the fault of the site owner and operator, whether they are one and the same or not to manage the web store properly and rerun payments as soon as they are asked for, it is not your responsibility to succumb to some whackado system to receive your funds back.

You should charge interest on the funds for every day they are not returned to you or file a complaint with the proper authorities if necessary.

I, too, provided a valid signature that was unable to be verified from their side. I have requested that the funds be sent back to the payment address since no additional verification is required (for obvious reasons). I have not yet heard back and no refund has been issued at this time. Based on time stamps of log in, it does appear my message has been received and read. I hope we can get this resolved today and end the matter once and for all.

Fuck both those guys. Leaving read on both now until this is sorted ASAP.
