I received a message from nonnakip this morning.  I'm being told I need to wait until Friday for a refund as that's when the next distribution is made.  This is 100% unacceptable.  There is no reason to hold my funds for 1 more second, let alone make me wait until Friday.  I could care less if it's inconvenient to do a separate transaction.... just do it.

I WANT MY FUNDS NOW!!

This is ridiculous!!

You’re welcome for my willingness to assist you even after all your lies and BS.

Imagine an amazon seller assisting a customer with an amazon problem and being trashed for it. You really need to grow up and learn how to act right.

If you called your Amazon customers "liars" or jerked them around for something as simple as a refund for an out of stock item - you wouldn't be selling on Amazon for long. You can get kicked out of there for selling out of stock items to begin with. Acting all high and mighty in this situation is ridiculous. All you need to do is refund and apologize, how hard can it be.

nonnakip would have resolved the issue no matter what. I’m only responding to make you feel better and to let the community know the truth, since you’re a known liar who can’t be trusted.

I don't believe that for a second.... but sure, as long as I'm refunded what I'm owed.

I love when you say stupid things..... "known liar who can't be trusted"

My trust says otherwise.  When people like Charlie Lee and Bobby Lee use my services.... that trumps anything said from a wannabe such as yourself.  Please keep talking, it's the gift that keeps on giving.

edit:
Why do you always try to spin things like you are the victim??..... I bought an item that's supposedly "not available."  You originally blew me off and I'm the one waiting for a refund but of course you make everything sound like "poor OgNasty."

Amazon has several ways to contact customer service all over their website genius.... and if it were PayPal, I'd have my money back already.  Any other smartass comments I can refute?

....and the ONLY reason you are doing anything is because I made this public and you NEVER like to look bad to the masses. Kiss

edit:

please have nonnakip sign in and see this thread so they can refund to the appropriate address I gave for the refund.

I responded to this issue in the appropriate thread already. https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54878121

Accusing me of lying about stock is a pretty shitty thing to do.

edit:
Send it back to the same address... I really don't care.  I obviously have PLENTY of proof!

This should make it simple enough for nonnakip. I’ll forward the info to him since I guess you aren’t familiar enough with the club to know how to contact him.

I’d like to add that I too am affected by this gold coin being sold after it is sold out.
I have reached out to both Og and Nonnakip. I have provided a signed message from the payment address with a message of my desired refund address. I have confirmed the order’s email address on file, however it should be noted that no invoice or order confirmation was ever sent from email.

I have not yet received a refund, but as noted above, it has been less than 24 hours so I can allow some time for this to be processed. I am hoping for it to be processed and completed by tomorrow.

I am willing to give the benefit of the doubt - OK the coin was sold out and the website was simply not updated. I have no concrete evidence to indicate the contrary. But I am disappointed with how the refund process is being handled. Unless we are compensated for our transaction fees, we will end up losing money as a result of another business’ error. No other gift or extra compensation has been offered (in addition to the refund of course) has yet to be offered to remedy the situation.

Good. Someone a while ago had issues with OgNasty's refusal to return coins to a different address so at least you can avoid that if he decides to be anal about it.

Maybe sign a message from where the BTC was stored initially?

Yes. Or have it sent to the original address. As long as it's under OP's control (and not e.g. some shared wallet or a CoinJoin payment) it should be ok.

I think it's natural that shops give an invoice whether or not the transaction has gone through and send invoices with the registered email or something. Daily recordings of business transactions are crucial when running a business. Having access to your website is crucial too, IMO. At least you could have control over stuff as well. I hope you get your refund soon.

Edit: I just noticed that you're requesting a refund to a different address than the one(s) you paid from. This can be an issue.

Nothing.... and an email address is not required to place the order.  I clicked on the link in a thread created by OgNasty which guided me to the site.  I figured I could reach out to Og should there be problems.  I had minerjones reach out to Og with all my proof of purchase.  They brushed me off claiming no responsibility for the website yet they have a thread shilling the coins.  Og "reached out" to nonnakip if they actually exist to take the coin off the website but they didn't bother to tell them to check the forum for messages and apply the refund.  Seems like the site is more important than the customer.  This is a total joke!!

It's shoddy to say the least but since it was paid just a few hours ago I'd give them at least 24 hours to come up with a refund.

Indeed, that's why I came here with this.  To avoid anymore "talk to so and so," or another, "talk to this other person."  Og was less than helpful when minerjones reached out to him on my behalf, so I figured this was my best shot.

I just want my gold or my bits without a bunch of bullshit.

It's quite amazing that there is no contact information on the site. Did you get a confirmation e-mail or anything else that would tell you whom to contact if you have an issue with the order?

I would normally not say anything here, but I'm really not surprised at all. Roll Eyes

If he runs the site on his behalf, he should at least have his phone number, FFS. Sounds like a personal thing because we know he's just like Trump, can dish it but can't take it and holds grudges like Trump just the same.

Sorry, I hope this ends the way it should, it might give him and his operations some shred of integrity lol.

Hello everybody!

I have a gripe against OgNasty and they are trying to pass it off to "nonnakip" but I'm not going to let this drag out.

Today I purchased a 2019 Binary Round 0.9999 fine gold coin from nastyfans.org as the round was a great deal.

OgNasty has stated they are sold out and should not have been available on the website when minerjones reached out for me.  I'm being told to reach out to nonnakip for a refund.  nonnakip has not been active since June 22, 2020.  However they must be around since Og says that "nonnakip runs the website" and the coin I purchased is no longer available.

Here is the thread stating that they are still available.  Og is on top of things for the most part.... nowhere in here does it say sold out.  The posts after my link clearly shows they are limited, but not sold out.
https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.54602384

We all know Og does not like me and I'm not going to let him and his alt hold my money hostage.

Produce my gold or refund my bits!!  It's that simple.

Anybody reading this, please keeps your eyes peeled for any of his 2019 gold binary rounds going up for sale since they are "sold out" (wink wink).   To be honest, I believe the coins are available and they forgot to raise the price on the website as they stated they were bouncing around spot in the thread.

I'D PREFER MY GOLD as I'm sure you're lying about availability, so my bits will have to do.  You have no reason to hold on to them.
