the solution was a url found on a message from the transaction. but the url was a locked .txt document that needed a password to unlock.

This might be the closest clue about the puzzle so far. I was always wondering about the ?.txt on

maybe that is what the clue is looking for. Now we only need to find the right url and password.

Assuming the answer is a grammatically correct sentence, you can greatly reduce the search space by only testing grammatically correct sentences:
  • Grab all unique eight word sentences from a large corpus (wikipedia, ebook collection, etc.)
  • Perform part-of-speech tagging on each sentence and retain all unique tagsets
  • For each tagset, iterate through all possible combinations of matching words for the parts of speech. Wordlists for parts of speech can be obtained from WordNet.

there was a giveaway in the past that was solved.
the solution was a url found on a message from the transaction. but the url was a locked .txt document that needed a password to unlock.
i can't find the site that was used in that giveaway or even the thread. so i cant try it.

i don't think bruteforcing will work esp if it needs to be converted to the private key, but i have seen alot of theories once you get past the first 3-4 pages

Exactly and any theory that leads to a hardforce the password is a wrong theory, simple.

To me make 0 sense, I can be wrong but I can't see why the possible ways to get the solution described on this thread are the good ones.

In fact from the possible solution, they went to brutal force the pass.

Sadly I have not the pass but I'm following my way, very far from what guys are trying here.

The complex part about bruteforce 32 chars is.... well, the 32 chars, lol. Even a bruteforce with 8 chars can take a day and you want to do it with 32 chars, is almost imposible now days, and if you try it it will take years. The other way to try is a brouteforce with a combination of words, but what words to chose is the complex part.

Since it haven't be solved yet i think this was a troll giveaway.  Sad

certain cyphers use conversion of letters to numbers.
Does this give any hint to the answer?

WhyTheCombOfNatashaOtomoskiHas21Teeth?.txt

Is it pure luck that 32 characters + ETH are in the question ? I maybe seeing something that isn't there as this is about Bitcoin not Ether.

This is completely irrelevant for the puzzle, it's called BTC puzzle the eth part, in my opinion, is for the 99% of chances a casualty.

Tbh, a lot of people are very far from the solution IMHO, I can't, of course, write what I'm Trying but your purposed way to find the solution seems irrational to me.

@all Edit, read again the 1st post. Everything you said on this 15 pages makes no sense.

couldn't help but laugh at your post.
"all Edit, read again the 1st post. Everything you said on this 15 pages makes no sense"

first off with very little information provided, ofc there's going to be alot of speculation and wild leaps.

But yeah "everything said in the last 15 pages make 0 sense" "while you have the correct solution" ofc you didn't say you had it, but why else would you believe every other solution is far off if you're not basing it off of yours being the right one. so why is the 1btc still in the wallet?

A couple more observations, may be it will help someone.
Text itself(without the signing part) has all letters from the alphabet except for j:
OkhersaBTCpuzlqinfwgymxvd

also if we remove repeating letters from Natasha Otomoski / Satoshi Nakamoto we will get:

123456789
satohinkm

123456789
natshomki

But at this point it feels like trying to find meaning where there is none
May i ask what the numbers means when you convert character? I don't understand what it does to the answer, do the passphase contain numeric charcaters? All i know so far is the private key was sha256 of the passphase

Is this still unsolved? Maybe it is time for a clue.

It is still up for grab. The address still contains 1BTC.

Do not expect any more clue, OP has never logged in since he posted this puzzle.

I think that wrong is active working above "Satoshi Nakamoto" and all other Whitepaper docs.
Satoshi Nakamoto was not listed in any dictionary.

I think, that this is important to solve... Look at the construction of OP post:

1 => Ok, here's a 1BTC puzzle.

2 => The question is the following:

3 => WhyTheCombOfNatashaOtomoskiHas21Teeth?.txt

4 => The solution is a 32 characters long plain-text (the private key).
5 => Hint: 8 camel case english words, no special symbols
6 => Happy puzzling!
7 => G/cbms/K/DNzcRin5v2B03iXdbpdVoZbTebt7KG95j3FUqnJvcP9rDYcGpSV27RLspR7SlPjqma4h0tDAMwovIo=
8 => txid 39ae730abf9190f1985a3600e35b6451efc51bfb885bc9d1c3b91d502de3907d

I think that the eight words are in OP POST.
Why?:
There is no harm in trying this solution. I just don't get how I will derive English words from a txid and a signature.

I may be wrong but based on the first few comments in this thread the message was signed later on, which means it didn't contain last two lines at the beginning
You are wrong, the OP was never edited. You can tell because the posted datetime does not have the dotted underline:

An edited post will show like this:

The message signature was always there... it just wasn't obvious that it was the section before the signature that was the "signed message".

NOTE: There is a small timeout, where you can edit a post without the underline showing up... I think it's about 5 minutes... but given that the first reply to the OP was 7 hours later then I don't think that applies here Wink

I am pretty positive I have found the correct answer to the puzzle. Figuring out the key words now.

If you need some help with fruteforce you could bring the idea and we could do the job. No one say it would be easy but at least shouldn't be impossible. I had try again yesterday with the whitepaper but didn't have luck.

anyone can say he did.. let's just wait for a true solver Smiley
