NEW VERSION 3.0.0, APRIL 5 2013
[..]
  • Android target support. You will have to compile it yourself, but it should just work - no patching needed.

Is there any version compiled for Android, can not find any info about it?
I'm curious if I could mine with Bi•Fury with such setup, say Rk3066 dongle?
EasyMiner is in the Google Play thing.
Yeah sow this one but it requires patched Nexus 7 kernel... so only for this device I guess?
I guess regular android kernel is not enough for miner to "see/communicate" with Bi•Fury device...?
Anyway thanks for reply Luke and for your great miner Smiley
My understanding is that the patched kernel is only needed to enable OTG and charging at the same time.

The Nano Fury 2 recommends making speed adjustments on the fly in BFG Miner, I wondered if this would be possible/beneficial to something like the Antminer U2+ ? As opposed to presetting the Hex at launch for the U2+.

This is something wrong with your pool.

Thanks. I used solo mining, I have found a block after I running BFGMiner few hours, so the error message seems doesn't matter.

Creating global brains
In GitHub description there is:
Solo mining:
BFGMiner supports solo mining with any GBT-compatible bitcoin node (such as
bitcoind).
Does that mean that it work only with Bitcoin nodes?
How to make it work with another currency nodes?

I used BFGMiner with my Block Erupter CUBE to solo mining SHA coin, when I start the BFGMiner, I got these error message:

[2014-03-22 19:50:10] blktmpl error: Unrecognized block version, and not allowed to reduce or force it

The wallet is fully synchronised, even I delete all old block data and do fully synchronised again the error still exist. Would the dev please tell me what does it mean?

Hi all! Hi Luke-Jr!

I would like to ask about HashBuster devices and BFGminer.
I've got HashBuster Alpha and three HashBuster Micro.
They are work at bgfminer on Rasp Pi (Raspbian)
And i have few questions about fine-tuning...

For first, on Parp Pi, I get many extra lines in log, like:
HBA 0c: unknown work (ac:2325aaf8) - ignored
or
HBA0:4 failed to update stats
On PC with Ubuntu they are much smaller
Can somehow influence this?

Second...
There may be options for config bfgminer to work with HashBuster?

Thank you!

I've got a cheap dynex 7 port hub that runs 5 U1's OCed to 2.0gh/s each.  Works great.  The power supply pushes just under 4 amps...

Better to have 100 friends than 100 rubles
The biggest problem with multiple sticks on usb hubs is insufficient power.  I'm running 6 at the moment, but have an large power supply on it.  Search the BFGminer/Antminer thread and you will find several recommendations on hubs that work well (warning, none are $19 units, but many are under $60).

Can you advise me a pool with a low difficulty like that I can test? I am on multipool https://www.multipool.us/

Thank you for your help

Please post both your startup and your configuration file. That way we can help you.

Here is my start bat :

bfgminer -o stratum+tcp://eu.multipool.us:8888 -u hide.hide -p hide -S antminer:all

pause

I did this script just to try to make it work, I think there is other parameters useful

I see a lot of people talking about a config file, but I never created one, is it required for bfgminer ?

I'll try another pool and give you news

EDIT : So I tried BTGGuild, and it seems better http://img15.hostingpics.net/pics/952965Capture.png
When I go on my dashboard I see my speed, so it seems to work.

Thank you for your help, have another little question :

Is it complicated or require special config/script to run multiple antminer on USB hub? When I had problem my stick was on my computer, now I put it on a hub and it works at the first time. Do I need to do something else or can I add my other sticks?

LAST EDIT : So I tried to put 2 stick on one hub, but it didn't launch the second. I put the stick in my USB of my motherboard, and the two works. I will leave it like that until someone of you have the kind to help me =)

Thank you at everybody, I did a big jump (but I'm still newbie, I must write, rewrite, and still write!)
