1. Is there any value in "old bitcoins" compared to new ones?
For example, bitcoins that have been on wallet.dat since 2012 have a higher value than bitcoins since 2024?

2. I am also interested in if you transfer bitcoins 2012 year to another wallet, and the change returns to the old one, will they both become bitcoins in 2024?
Your questions are actually very weird.

1 bitcoin is always 1 bitcoin, no more no less. If you move your 1 bitcoin from your old wallet, assume it created in 2012, to your new wallet created in 2024, you will have less than 1 bitcoin because some satoshis will be spent to miners as transaction fee. Exception only if you luckily get its confirmation for zero fee like some mining pools do with their mined blocks.

But 1 old bitcoin and 1 new bitcoin has same value that only depends on Bitcoin price on the market, and not depend on its age, old or young.

If you want cool things, try this

Bitcoin owned since long ago with Bitcoin owned now remains the same, there is no difference as long as you still have access to the wallet.
Old Bitcoin if measured by fiat value will be different from new Bitcoin. 2012, the price of Bitcoin was still tens of dollars per 1 Bitcoin. Regarding historical data can be traced for accuracy. Compared to Bitcoin today which is traded for tens of thousands of dollars.

If I am not mistaken in understanding what you mean, it is the same as what I meant above.

Since it is not tBTC, both old and new Bitcoins are the same and have the same value.
The advantage that an older Bitcoin holder has over new one is that they will receive some free BCH coins in addition to any unclaimed BTC forked coins.

There is nothing like it will become BTC in 2024 because it's only the wallet that you use to hold the Btc that's dormant.

1. The value of bitcoin in your old wallet.dat will remain the same as the value of bitcoin now, basically the value of bitcoin cannot be degraded, what you had before remains the same as now, that's how it is.

2. There is no bitcoin 2012 or bitcoin 2024, bitcoin is bitcoin that is the main point, the difference is the price of bitcoin 2012 & the price of bitcoin 2024 (view from the FIAT monetary side).

Honestly the value is same because Bitcoin is fungible, but some people treat Bitcoin as a non fungible asset.

People value the coins that spent by Laszlo Hanyecz where he bought 2 Pizza with 10K Bitcoins is higher than other coins, people value the coins from mixer or associated with illegal thing lower than other coins because they think these are "dirty coins".

If you had kept 10BTC in a wallet since 2012 and someone purchased 10BTC and transfer to a new wallet he just made today, both Bitcoins are equal in value and the same Bitcoin, no difference. There is no old and new Bitcoin as there will only be 21 million of Bitcoin to be ever created. I understand the situation you are in now as a newbie, most of these concept and the entire thing are just looking so confusing.  Just give it time and commit to reading the pinned post of every board you visit to fully understand Bitcoin and the technology behind it.

The bitcoin will remain the same. But the price of bitcoin has increased since all these years. So the value of the coin has increased in fiat like dollar.

Worth knowing that the bitcoin on the wallet will have forks like BCH and others which you can also spend. It will also have forks of forks like BSV and others.

You will still be able to spend the coin that is in your change addresses and those in your receiving addresses.
