Of course, the old is always better because you already know what to do and what you get for it. But I am sure that there are new good projects. No matter what project is old or new, you should always check and analyze the ego. If indeed the project is suitable they should be engaged.
With my few period of experience in bounty participation, I would rather go for an old bounty which has already been listed on the exchange than the one just development. Reason being that for the old bounty I would be able to a correct choice because almost all the guiding information needed before promoting a project especially the exchange it is listed on and how the price responding to market condition is available whereas for the new bounty, there are a lot of uncertainties involved.
The problem with the listed tokens is the limited number of tokens, many people are involved and the available tokens are limited while with the new unlisted tokens, if you made the right choice the income could be bigger.
Well as Old bounty are already listed I will go in for that since of late new project find it difficult to raise capital to start their project making it difficult for the new project to develop steadily. Old projects just need promotion.

Of course I would prefer when the tokens are already in the exchange because when the tokens have been listed on the exchange we can sell them even though sometimes the price is very falling but at least that is a good step for the project.what are your views with them?

Honestly I feel more comfortable to do those bounty which already on exchange and has a good platform on trading. It likely means that they are working to keep their position as they promised on their roadmap.what are your views with them?
However, we can't deny the new bounty project which is under development. If we don't support them then they will not success where the team is legit.
Lastly, I feel lenient to do listed project rather than under development project.
If the token is trading on the exchanges at a normal price and the bounty pool allocated by the company is acceptable, then of course I will prefer such bounties, and if the token is trading and the bounty pool is just miserable, then I will not enter in such bounty companies, I will better join in the bounty companies that only begin to develop.
Very few companies will have that option and the competition will be high, many people find the luck to be accepted by the manager. Once the bounty is released the price of the coin will decrease due to bounty people will sell the coins in the market.

I have experience to do best following on token was listed on exchange, then i got profit but not much when i following new token when listing on market have boom and price over 10x. still we have to researching and learning of them.
There's no difference with both if I may say. They are all disappointments in their own way and also pay in their own way. Bounty is just what one do and forget about it without being too expectant cos most always come up with ugly stories when it's time for payment.
Bounty has become something that has no mean to me as the dev are now having power to do what ever they want in respect of what they stated at start but sudden change and most dont even list on exchange or better exchange ,
So I will not even advice on any just zero your mind about it and hope it pay or not and when it does you are good to go but on a serious note the old bounty are still the best and are very OK for every bounty hunter then but now , its just a waste of time.

Well, it depends how good I am on the risk taken, If I like risks then I'll go for a new token otherwise go with old token.

a disadvantage that I don't like in old bounty projects is that they pay a pretty low bonus compared to the effort we spend.what are your views with them?
So I like to participate in bonus projects with growing token. Because I know how to select potential projects and pool bounty can increase many times.
They have small bonus but you must calculate that based on how much price of bitcoin on that time.
I personally will choose a project that is old even though the price is relatively lace, but we will not be fooled by work and medium for the new project we have worked for, not necessarily good results and will definitely be disappointed.
For me i choose both because if it's already listed on exchanges and already on market cap then the allocation of bounty is quite small. For new bounties the offer allocation is much larger but the assurance of getting paid is not solid because it depends if the project reach their target fund goal.
In fact, tokens already on exchanges are good for investment and for bounty campaigns. But there is a less chance for already listed coins to increase multiple times in price. Generally it is believed that any coin will increase multiple times in price upon hitting exchanges. Likewise, concerning bounty campaigns, there is a small amount of bounty pool for already listed projects.
When you join new bounties you have to pray the projects become successful to get paid or else you won't get a penny or if the new project target is not met they will pay hunters low amount of tokens which is why sometimes old bounty projects are better but new projects always pay the highest rewards
I choose them two, every choice have a good and bad things. but I prefer to choose the new one, because the price is higher than old bounty.

depending on the allocation, it must at least be comparable to the work that must be done. it will be better if the token is already registered in the market, at least we don't have to wait long until we can trade it. we also can predict the range of rewards that we will get according to the last price. what are your views with them?
My view is that if the two are not transferred to the other direction, really I cannot take part in the project at an investment place that is not at all listed in the attachment of bitcoin

this question usually doesn't arise. the bounty takes place during the ICO and
then variant 2 applies. i myself hardly ever see any campaigns for tokens that are
already traded. and if so, the yield is minimal. but to be honest, it always is.
