I rather see whales supporting the price with their funds and connections, than ICO bounty dumpers.

So as long as the price doesn't go below the ICO price of 1111 sats then I guess we'll be fine until usage finally appear as well as trading in Polo.

Who is a Rise Delegate?
Rise is based on the DPoS (Delegated Proof of Stake) consensus mechanism which is different from the usual POS (Proof of stake).
In the usual POS, every wallet which contains coins stakes (validating transactions and forming the distributed consensus and to earn coins in return) but in DPoS, these wallets are able to vote for a delegate instead and these delegates (101 voted rise delegate accounts) intend do all the work in creating and maintaining the rise blockchain while they receive transaction fees as reward.
Delegates are trusted accounts which are elected to be among these 101 accounts mandated to perform the function of validating transactions and maintaining the blockchain while these transaction fees are given to them as reward.

I dumped 800k a few hours ago. Took the price from .000017 down to .000014, but it rebounded very quickly. I can't seem to crash the price as well as I could with Waves. Rise has significantly better bid support. I'm kind of sad because I wanted to cause a panic and buy lower, but now I can't. I think we will see over .000025 this week, I'm going to buy back around a million.
I think this could make it to Polo. Someone obviously knows something. It's not as poorly managed as Waves. I really think we'll see good ROI soon. I'm waiting for a good entry around .000015-.000016 to buy back in.
Your money is better off elsewhere than playing games with RISE and WAVES on bittrex. I got rid of waves at 34 almost bought back at 25 decided to wait and now its 24, As long as these coins are on bittrex I am not buying in either of them. I made double the money I lost on Waves and RISE with XEM. It sounds like a waste of time to me. The price is not going anywhere. I would not buy back in now.

The final calculation is still wrong.... I mean I invested around 0.2048769 BTC but got only 9940.55502183 RISE.
If I multiply that by the RISE ICO price, that comes to around 0.19394022847 BTC.
