This has been one of the reasons why ICOs kinda stopped for awhile because it was always a team of people that owned 90% and then put out the price for the rest. People here used to want to see the code, the work , find out if it could be mined and if it was "premined" most would just say 'nope not making your rich at my expense" and would push on.
