The Lazy approach is just to wait for the Fall pump when Lisk, Rise, Waves and all the other ICO coins will pump 10x like they always do.

Rise has 70 BTC bids right now. Rise raised 1,700 BTC in their ICO.
Comparatively, Rise demand is significantly better (roughly 5x better). I will be holding Rise, and I believe there will be a ROI. I also think it's much more likely to see them on Poloniex before Waves.

I don't think this is a fair comparison at all. You're comparing a just launched coin with a coin that has been launched for many days. I think Rise will see a lot more sell pressure in the coming days especially as bounties are released. If you had taken a snapshot of Waves on the first day, it would have dwarfed what you are seeing today. i have invested in Rise and hope it's successful. But analysis like this is not particularly helpful when it's not rooted in a full picture of reality.
