Will trading begin the moment the first Rise is fully confirmed at Bittrex? I assume that is the case since some buy orders appear to be live. But it would be nice to know for sure. My Rise currently has 7 of 77 confirmations.

I didn't even confirm the 2FA, what a shitty website!
Did you note the manual entry code. I didn't confirm (QR code failed) but it enabled 2FA anyway. Luckily I saved the manual entry code and pasted it into my authenticator app which worked. If dev is eating support will take time.
