Who is a Rise Delegate?
Rise is based on the DPoS (Delegated Proof of Stake) consensus mechanism which is different from the usual POS (Proof of stake).

I didn't the 2fa token thing set. Seems like there's something wrong with the website since I just reset my pw and entered it correctly, still giving me the same erorr. 
Even if you accidentally click on it and don't confirm it, it becomes activated. The only solution is a manual reset from the devs.
