Filling out the poli request form isn't enough in my opinion. I recommend contacting Lisk and ask for a mutual introduction as a professional curtesy.

The token is only needed after you set up 2 factor authentication. If you haven't done that, you can leave it blank.

Seems broken for me. Authenticator says invalid Barcode.
There should be a test if everything went fine with 2FA before activating.
Yeah, thats what you'd expect, and thats why I was caught off guard by it. Because I use the same app for my 2fa tokens and i didnt have a rise account generated... Anyway, the dev team is fully aware of issue and focused on resolving the problem now.
How to get maximum votes to become a Rise Delegate:

I can no longer access my Rise ICO account... apparently 2fa is now active and I do not have the key generator?... Who wants to assist me with this because Emailing the Rise team themselves has proven fruitless.

I cant get in slack... it requires an invite or some shit. Anyway, I cant get in when I attempt to... If you could just relay the message for me to one of the dev team members they can PM me on BTC. or figure the slack shit out

How to vote for a delegate
Once you have created your RISE ICO account and logged in, you will see the following menu on the left
From here, select the "Forging" option, followed by "Delegates"
You will be presented with the following screen:
From here, scroll to the bottom to the 'Standby Delgates'
Scroll back up and select the 'Vote' option
You'll be presented the confirmation page:
