As stated in the announcement details on the RE project will be released before the start of the ICO.

My thoughts exactly. Also, tying crypto to real world investments such as RE for example can be tricky and probably cost a lot in legal fees. Look at Bitland project. Are you doing something similar because if so that's going to require a lot of funds just in legal fees.

Its not even released!

Lisk is the base code of Rise so it's only correct that recognition is shown (that is why "Lisk Clone" is in the title).

However, we'd like to advance on their work by adding our own themes. The main one is "making it easier to build decentralized applications".

In terms of it not being released yet: The code is all there for Lisk on their github and most of that was ported over from a previous project called Crypti. The fact that Lisk is not live doesn't prevent us from working on it already.

There will be plenty of proof to show that Rise is not in the scam category but until we have released full details including all team members there is no point in us trying to convince people otherwise.

Well, I'm not going to come out and call this a scam (yet) since all ICOs are called scams at the beginning. Lisk and Waves were (and still are) called scams by some. However, you do realize you will have to prove you aren't one before people decide to invest their precious btc. I think we are entering a phase of ICOs and some are making good returns from them... So part of me wants this to NOT be a scam for the sake of crypto and from someone who is an advocate of true freetrade and entrepreneurship but I am a bit skeptical.

With that said. I will be watching and waiting for testnet. I'm actually interested the part in your OP regarding the Real Estate thing. I'm not sure I understand it fully. But being a buyer/seller of RE myself it kind of grabbed my attention. Can you elaborate on that at all??

There is a pre-ann to make people aware of this project which allows them to prepare and decide in advance whether to invest in the ICO.

The website and more importantly, Rise testnet release date will be announced shortly.

ICO start date will be confirmed once we are content with testnet results.

A clone is required in this case because it allows us to use all the features that Lisk provides (at this time) but also remain independent.
