I would agree that VPN is not a bannable but not because of the reason you've stated. I do not know the specifcs though. They might just give some penalty or ask for KYC just like what you said if they found the account suspicious.

Didn't know this but maybe that is true because why we can access sites who are supposed to be blocked when we use a VPN? Maybe what can they only detect are the default IP address that we are using or the ones who came from our ISP.

The scenario that you describe there did already happened to one gambler here on the forum and guess what? He found a nice way to get out of this problem. In this case, I am not worried about submitting KYC Since I already submitted KYC to one of the casinos. Another thing is that I am using a VPN but I didn't change my server location. Since I was not hiding my country location and didn't use a different country's IP, It won't be a problem for me. Still, I don't think it will be good to use VPN if they don't allow me to use VPN.

Doesn't really matter whether you are a whale or a small player. You should always comply with the rules and terms of the company you are using its services.
If they say VPNs are prohibited then you should not use them. It's for your own benefit to avoid any possible inconveniences.
Sure, you can use a paid VPN and get away with it for a while but is it really worth the risks?

If you arent that a whale on depositing big amounts on a gambling site then having or using up that VPN wont really be that an issue but its true that its never been recommendable on doing such thing because

They will not get ban for that since casino doesn't know if there user is using vpn or not but you will only got a problem if the casino will ask you do to KYC and for that they surely found out that you are residing on a country where they restrict citizens to play. I am using Panda VPN Pro with a monthly subscription. Even if there are some differences between Paid and free, It doesn't matter anymore when it comes to accessing the OldChief casino. They already stated that they do not allow VPN use. Yeah, Loading speed is good for me too. I don't have a problem not using VPN to access their platform. I had to know the answer. That's it.

What VPN are you using? Free VPN or Paid VPN? Maybe if it's a free VPN, the casino can detect it but usually, if you use a paid VPN, the casino will be okay and allow you to play because the IPs in the paid VPN are more and for one country, the paid VPN has more than 3 IPs. But it would be better if we ensure the use of a VPN at Oldchief.casino so that things don't happen that we don't want later.

There is no doubt about the loading speed for Oldchief.casino because we can access it easily without any problems.
