I am not part of that service or it's representative. That's a service run by someone else. So I wouldn't be the person to ask about how it works in detail. I simply wouldn't know definitively and whatever I say could include misstatements of fact. I would just like to avoid any possibility of that by recommending you to ask them.

That being said. What I do know is that there is only one CSC involved. It's the same coin you are trading now. There's no parallel coin being created. I've actually put a lot a thought into what I think the future of the coin is and all I'm going to say about it is that I support any and all endeavors that improve the overall adoption, utility, and proliferation of casinocoin. I think we're moving in a positive direction and regardless of what happens we're closer now to achieving our primary goal of establishing the coin as a real solution to the funding problem for a $41.4 billion industry.

You know this is a little off topic, but I just want to say something a bit extra.  I can't guarantee whether the market will send the coin to 0 or to a trillion dollars. I don't have all the answers. The only certainties are that the price probably won't stay where it is one way or the other, and someone is always going to be pissed off because it didn't go the way they wanted. This is one of the reasons, I feel that we will need to organize a foundation eventually with trustees and real structure if the coin really becomes the success that the 99% of us want.

Just a question: you are probably the only one that can mint Prypto cards, essentially making your CSC worth $1 each. What would the rest of us do though? I can't imagine you'll let casino's accept any CSC other than the Prypto cards as it would mean people would dump millions of coins in the casino's that someone down the line (either casino, Prypto or you) would have to pay $1 each for. Aren't you creating 2 CSCs here? One that's minted in Prypto and worth $1 each and all the rest which would still not be accepted at casino's as they're not in Prypto cards?

I've been with CSC since the beginning and would really love for it to become a success, next to BTC and perhaps Gulden it's just about the only coin I can actually see making it to the real world some day.

I would, but I don't have access to the casinocoin account. It's the same problem. I didn't hear back from SMS so I tried skype. Was requesting that the first post be cleaned up. I hate leaving that broken first post out there as well.

BTW, I'll have more info after 10/15 for the wallet side. The dev that will be working on this gets back from vacation on 10/15, so I'll need to go through the requirements with him. The list of changes we're going to do will be settled at that time. If anyone wants to request features, please submit enhancement requests to the issues tab in github. There may be some spare cycles at the end to implement some nice-to-haves.

Also, GoldSeal if You have time, can You add information and summary about all developments into first post (and update it time to time). At the moment the information is in different pages and someone who's interested can't find it quickly enough.

GoldSeal, now it's up to You to introduce Spakler and Casinocoin!!! As we see, Casinocoin doesn't have much time to commit to this project and addition of new (motivated) dev that can help with official website is necessary. Everyone who follow this coin needs to see that things are moving on, not just words.

I read somewhere that You are PHP developer. If You have something in Your mind that can be used in CasinoCoin new website for timeline solution, PM GoldSeal and maybe he can contact CscPR or give You some contact information (Skype for example). Also maybe You can help him with the webpage.

Indeed, for example, checkout gulden.com, they have a very clean website. Also they have created a timeline view of news and changes: timeline.gulden.com. I thing this should be added to the website so users have good view of the development. This thread is so big, you cant get up-to-speed in a short time by reading it all.

Abiky, I see You run a site CryptoGames. In my mind, CasinoCoin would be perfect fit for the site. Is it possible to add it as one of the coins to play with?

The wallet will have promo and marketing info for the casinos that accept the coin. I believe I posted a bullet list a short time ago. It will be compatible with the current version. So if you don't like the new gui, feel free to use the old one. There's no fork or under the hood changes. The API will deliver content into the wallet and that content will be cached locally. There won't be any charge for casinos to submit a promo as long as they accept the coin. So don't worry we aren't monetizing the wallet before you guys ask. It's a move to create an incentive for casinos to take the coin by having the wallet be a portal of sorts for directly offering promos and info to the user. Don't worry we won't make it overly obnoxious and I'll see about putting a option to turn off the ads if you really can't stand them.

Nothing was sent on the mailing list because there wasn't anything to announce. Soon the mailing list will get some exercise no worries.

Also, I think Ajochems is assigning percentages based on his perception of how far certain items are completed. We're not tracking man hours or assign points. He giving those merely as a guideline for the items he's been working on.

Why wasn't this progress mentioned earlier, and what are the percentages based on?
Is there a detailed view of what changes will be made and what is done per item?

I think this should be discussed right here, or in an official forum, but there is no official forum. And why isn't this news sent to the mailing list? Why build a public api for news, casinos and exchanges in the wallet when there's a mailing list? Haven't received a single mail since i signed up for the mailing list.

I'll ask Casinocoin about the website. He showed me the layout. Asked for some changes and I think he's working on content. It make take a while for me to get a hold of him.

Sponsoring the coin on cryptsy? Yeah, I wouldn't waste my money on that. Maybe you guys see value in those little banners, but I struggle to see it.

Ajochems has been working on various parts of the development. That's a pretty accurate status that he's posted. He even took a few days off from work to dedicate some time to his casinocoin related development efforts.

BTW, I think you meant "instead send him some btc for the developer" haha. Don't want to encourage people not to contribute. lol

The plan is to have the new client ready for mid-november. We'll need to compile all the clients, but more will become available shortly after that. I don't have any dates for what gamingcoins is doing, I think what he's doing is interesting. I think he gave you a pretty good explanation of what the his plans are. You guys can decide for yourselves if his plan has merit.

My opinion is that in my interactions with gamingcoins, he is a very motivated, skilled professional and I think we're fortunate to have him as a member of our community. In corresponding with him, I haven't had any sense that he's been disingenuous or is working some sort of pump & dump or otherwise. Frankly, ask him directly if you have a question. He's a reasonable guy.

I would like to add:

a) We sponsored the coin to allow my colleagues to see easily the coin to purchase who do NOT know crypto or familiar with exchanges to purchase it.
b) We took the price from 200 up and currently own over 5m of the coins for the purpose previously stated.
c) CasinoCoin is a brand coin which is what we intend to use it for under an affiliate program.
d) We have donated 5BTC to the development fund to allow further progress of the wallet to allow it to be up to a standard to be accepted within the sector we are attracting.
e) We, is a term I use for a group of businesses who understand gaming, and see a use for the brand of CasinoCoin.
f) The casinos we have coming onboard are using the Coin for acquisition purposes only, and only after time with blockchain tech will it evolve into something further.
g) Timeline for the casinos is simply when we are ready.
h) Prypto have a turnaround on the cards of 1 month, the exchange development is also 1 month within a crypto friendly jurisdiction.

Now you have all the facts, from all angles.

Some answers:
1) CscPR is from Casinocoin, he explained on this very thread who he is and why he changed his account. GamingCoins is new indeed and is not an account from GoldSeal or me, he also explained who he is and what his intentions are. No hype there, just facts.

2) I know for sure that neither I nor GoldSeal has been sponsoring CSC on cryptsy, who ever does/did that had his own reasons to do so, could be a hype but not from the dev team.

3) GoldSeal and myself have been actively working on this coin in the past but it has been somewhat dormant for the last year or so. If somebody shows up and is willing to heavily invest in the coin to move it forward i do not find it a strange question to ask what the plans are of that person. Actually GoldSeal could have chosen to ask that question in private and hide everything but he choose to do it in public. It did trigger us to move forward with developing the coin.

4) Both GoldSeal and myself already own large amounts of CSC which were either mined or bought when the price was low. Neither he nor I have been pumping the price. You can track and trace for yourself that somebody has been buying coins and if somebody is willing to spent more than 100 BTC on a coin, he probably has a good reason to do so, if not he just lost $20,000 in doing so who is taking a risk here as the coin rose from 600 to 3000 satoshi?

Responding to Spakler, Yes there is a lot going on at the DEV side of things and not everything is yet visible for the public. What is on the todo list?

- Moving the entire source code to Qt5 (95% done)
- Upgrading some important libraries like OpenSSL (100% done)
- Adding bootstrap download on initial startup (60% done)
- Building a public API for the wallet to get information about News, Casinos and Exchanges (90% done)
- Building a private API for accessing online wallets by Websites and Mobile phones and devices (10% done)
- Building a secure Wallet Server platform to serve the private API (25% done)
- Upgrading block explorer to a newer modern version (100 % done)
- Building a publicly available Java based Dice Server platform (80% done)
- Upgrading the GUI look and feel to a more modern theme (0% done)

There are probably some things i missed here but as you can see there is quite a lot to do by very few devs that can not work on this fultime. The last item on the list will be done by an external specialist developer/designer that will be paid for by GoldSeal so please stop bashing him instead of sending him some BTC for the developer. The developer will start in the next month or so and we hope to release the new GUI within a month of that. All the other changes do not relate to the wallet or do not require a fork so they can be released as they come available So please hang in there and be patient.

A road map for CasinoCoin would be an excellent idea. That way we can keep track of what's going to be released (or developed) next. I still think that the price is dirt cheap, so it would be the best time to buy, because I think that price will rise if this coin gets adopted by major casinos. 

Well, this aint going anywhere. Goldseal, i tried to get involved, but there is no/less response. So please provide the ones that do love this coin with some sort of release date. Month/years sounds like crap. Cant believe 16 fiat casinos are just waiting without a deadline for some sort of background development process. I've seen 1 change in the past months, and thats my miningpool adjustment request.
