From best estimate, it looks like 1.5 days to go until the fork.

Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS

Will not compile even after following: https://github.com/casinocoin/casinocoin/wiki/Compile-Linux-CLI

Trying to use the compiled version of casinocoind from https://github.com/casinocoin/casinocoin/releases results in the following error:

casinocoind: error while loading shared libraries: libboost_system.so.1.54.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

Can you create an issue on GitHub with the above

WHat version of boost are you running? Ubuntu 12.04 comes with 1.48 and this wallet needs 1.54. You should be able to remove that package and install boost from source to get the appropriate version. Alternatively, you can upgrade to Ubuntu 14.04 and that comes with version 1.54 as a package. 12.04 only gets maintenance updates now until end of Q1 2017. That's kind of an old release.

xPool.net is shutting down it's CSC p2pool node after the fork since I cant get the new daemon running. I've tried a few things but can't devote any more time to it.

Kinda sad since it is the first (at launch) and longest lasting pool ever for CSC but oh well...need to let people know.

Also, I will not be updating the p2pool source code to support the new coin specs. If anyone else wants to fork from my repository you will need to change at least the subsidy function...maybe more.

Is it just a compilation issue with boost? Andre will be back from vacation soon. He may be able to help with that in a few days.

I used to get that error with a 32 bit compiled daemon when attempting to use on a server.

All,
We're a few days away from the fork. Please make sure you have migrated to the new wallet.

Someone can tell me what happened between the blocks 1564190 and 1564191 and 1564192?
Why nearly two and a half hours interval between these blocks instead of 40 or 50 seconds?

I understand less and less, this coin. In the last 24 hours (between blocks 1,563,236 and 1,564,087) were only mined 8510CSC instead of ... well ... not worth talking about.

If a lot of hashing power comes in, the diff spikes. When they leave and hashing power decreases, the remaining miners have to beat the diff spike. Over time blocks will be produced both quickly and slowly at varying times, but we expect to produce a block every 30 - 45 seconds on average over the long run regardless.

@RUDY4682, can you please fix the block explorer?

with your explorer is easier to understand the movements of about 600K CSC in the last 24 hours, the list of the richest, etc.

If possible, expands the list of the richest, to 250 or 300 wallets ....

thanks in advance Smiley

Looks like we fork in about 1 - 2 weeks. Is everybody ready?

I am more than ready, hoping there will be a massive price movement after the hard fork.

Well selling pressure should be reduced by 90%, but I doubt we'll see a massive price increase until after the bitcoin halving shakes out or something significant is launched that increases demand for coins.
