I tried to read your KYC document but the site was out of reach, I don't know in my region is restricted or not. But to contribute to the discussion on kyc, I think players should be well aware that for licensing sake gambling sites operators have to comply with regulatory laws that mandate them to monitor the financial transaction of the users to see if they violate any financial terms, so requiring kyc verification become a must for casinos.

Some of us I are already settled with the fact that even though a gambling site does not require verification during account opening, sooner or later there will be a demand for document verification, and if the player could not provide the right document his/her account can remind close or restricted.

To be honest with you this is the first time we have seen this kind of issue. And this screenshot may be from our website or not.

We also have checked internally with our team if there are any isolated cases like this from our players, so far this is the first.

I personally also have an AV for both my computer and internet browsing (Kaspersky) but, doesn't result to this.

I guess what the OP was trying to say is that they don't require players to submit copies of their personal documents, address verification, and things like that. At least for now. But no matter what the casino admin says in this thread (that's his subjective opinion), if the terms and conditions mention that KYC might be required at any time, that's what people need to know and should focus on.

And regarding the personal information that needs to be entered at the profile page. That's not proper identity verification, and some players might consider adding fake information. They should think twice about doing that because it could be a road to disaster. Submitting fake information to the platform will be discovered if you are ever asked to conduct a real KYC verification. And then you are looking at things like account closures, seizures of money, having your wins voided, and stuff like that.

I have no problem accessing the casino and no warning sign whatsoever, but if some members have this issue and it's being reported here then it's not good at all, they should do a lot of tests on various anti-virus to see what AV is showing
