I haven't provided an update for quite some time since I've been internally discussing each cases.

This is a discussion between me and a rep from our CS team, according to him and the Risk Team/Compliance Team.

"For Dorjan, it was a case of multiple accounts wherein another username is xudi59."

I asked the cases for these users

3. muster21

They did not disclose the issues but again, they may fall for some of these reasons.

1. Illegal Arbitrage Betting
2. Illegal Bonus Hunting
3. Cross Betting

Other Updates.

1. Evelynn - Blocked due to compliance issues.
2. pale_cutie - Please send me your OLE7.io username, as of the moment CS team said that the deposit still has not yet been received.

Dont lie, I didnt use any bonus, didnt use arbitrrae betting or cross betting.

So I played 3month all normal on your account. When I was losing more everything was ok. When I make some money and wanted withdraw you stole 8k from me.

Ole is scamming company, everything is scam on their site, so do not deposit there

Do you understand what that means? (and no offense to lesser experienced punters)

It plainly means, if you win we will take your funds and restrict you from our site.
That is serious, but please where is this written on the casino's "terms & conditions" so we could all take cognizance of it, because I'm a kind who love working with facts, and it will be lots better if you provide a screenshot or link to where such statement is made. But that doesn't mean I'm satisfy with the way "OLE777 casino" is operating with the lots of scammed accusations lined up here on this thread, as it speaks very bad of it's reputation. But I will be glad seeing all these cases resolved amicably


Read the last post of the ole7 support guy in this thread, all users banned were a result of "unlikely betting"

in other words they took value

I'm getting seriously upset with the people in this thread claiming i'm a bookie competitor trying to bring them down, have you actually read the thread???

his last post clearly states if you arbitrage you will be suspended and have your funds taken.

I think any user who have a complaint against this casino need to create their own accusation thread and attach the complete proof, rather than complaint in this thread and each of user have their own case which is hard to read. The representative need to show a proof to accuse those users are multi accounts or broke the rules, I don't think anyone will trust your words when you have negative tag in your account.
In must cases those accusations are attacks from competitors who hide under newbie accounts to accused casino of wrongly and they way of operation is easy to detect, you will see them making multiple accusation comments on various casino ANN threads, without any evidence to back their claims, so I advise you to use the ignore key to stop seeing their comments as their potential spammers.
If anyone has a case against any casino, they can easily create an accusation thread in the reputation to report the fraud with all the needed evidence.

So i've been complaince checked and my account is suspended, i'm going to do a lengthy thread later but right now i'm here to adress all the people saying our complaints aren't valid.

I'm a pro gambler i've been doing this 10+ years and it is my soul job.

I'm going to explain something to you folks to maybe try and help you realize WHY this is bad and you shouldn't gamble here,

In betting there is 1 way to win and 1 way only: taking value

If you do not take value you WILL lose money in the long run.

in 10 years of betting this has only happened to me once before, a regular casino would limit my account and send me on my way, Stealing funds is theft.

so please stop with all the "noobie tag" stuff, none of this matters when the bookie is literally telling you in this thread, yes we took their funds because they beat us..

Hi, reporting ole7.io as scam site, was playing on it since october. 5 days ago my withdrawal was declined and they started compliance check, today i wrote them that it taking too long, and 20 mins later all my balance dissapeared from account (1600$) with message
"Thanks for your query. We have checked your account and found that it has been closed due to compliance issues. Unfortunately, your account could not pass compliance check and hence, it was closed permanently and your funds (if any) were forfeited. Please note that the reason of this action could be (but not limited to): Multiple accounts, Illegal arbitrage practice etc. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. I understand that this can be frustrating, but I hope you understand the procedure."
Ive never had any other accounts on this site, and my overall deposits were more then 1200$, yet, they still cut all my balance. This is already like 20th complaint about frozen acc/stolen money on this platform. Would not recommend using it to anyone.

Firstly they said its absolutely normal procedure, later they just cut off balance. in the 3rd screenie, i asked how long they will be  checking me, and  just 20 minutes later they  just set my balance to 0, kinda strange isnt it? they had not do it in 5 days, but after i wrote , they immideatly remove all my balance.
How can they remove your balance just like that without your notice and for no reason they did that and I ask did you go against the casino policy for them to have  suspended your account? I checked your previous post and It states, based on their response that you did not meet up with their compliance check and hence their actions against your account. Did you write them to tell you more on the compliance check so as to know what and where the issue lies? It is not making any sense one would just get registered on board a platform and the next thing you see is that your account is being suspended just like that. It makes no sense while allowing deposit when you know the depositor does not meet the requirements for holding or opening an account with your casino.

I can see lots of complaints about this casino which is not in any ways portraying them in any good light and hence I would stay away from them and also advise others to be careful in dealing with them.

sometimes those who make reports are usually newbie accounts and I have never seen any cases on forum accounts that have a high level, besides newbie new users here maybe they don't know where they can make accusation reports, if you don't get a response in this thread, it's actually our job directing and providing a link where they can make that thread, they only need to provide complete evidence and making a thread of accusations is more than enough

Hello, this is kind of surreal. I am not familiar with any of the three nicknames that you put next to me.
I have never had additional accounts, I have not bet on any other people's predictions, I have not bet on any suspicious or fixed matches, I have not placed arbitrage bets, I have never used bonuses on the site, except for those that you automatically give for turnover at the end of the day.

This is a 100% bogus reason to take my money.

By the way, do you have an adequate explanation why OLE and VODDS users receive payments from the same crypto wallet? The sites are more closely related than many think, which means the VODDS site can no longer be trusted either.

I'm pretty much sure what he tried to say is that those username on the list are banned for the reasons mentioned above it, not that you're accused as the same owner of those accounts. But I'm agree with this statement below,

From all of those accounts recently posting here about their issue wth this platform, I only see two of them raised their case properly, ferrum360 and Ptolemy. I've been through several departments such as finance, to try and retrieve the payments but, I was told decisions were final.
Next, I have also been to the Risk department to talk them out of appealing for the accounts.

As mentioned before these accounts may be banned due to some of the reasons;

-Illegal Bonus Hunting
-Cross Betting

Have you tried looking at the withdrawal history page from your mobile app? Most exchange would have this feature, be it from desktop or mobile version. Perhaps what they referred as a receipt is simply a screenshot of the withdrawal process.

It was sent from a desktop wallet and I've provided a screenshot of the transaction.


As a way forward to resolving your complaint, I suggest you follow the guidelines accordingly so as not to be  tagged a defaulter because no one can tell anymore from the complaints so far on their announcement thread and I hope you did your kyc and scaled through successfully if truly there is any option for kyc  because that might be another factor too if they have such policy and makes it a must requirements before getting onboard their platform. In respect to  the receipt, i would suggest you send the link or transaction hash to your deposit with them and possibly send or attach a screenshot of the transaction to back it up as a proof that you did made a deposit with them.
This is my solemn advise to gamblers, bettors etc. Do well to read the terms and conditions, privacy policy as well before you get engaged with casinos so as not to get entangled along the way while trying to use the platform after making deposit or withdrawal. It would be for your own safety that you do a clean Research onboard this platform before getting involved with them.

There isn't any KYC on this platform as far as I know with the research I've done. And yes I've provided them with proof of the transaction including screenshots and txid.

To clarify, I sent 2 screenshots because I was asked for an exchange receipt, and the payment was not sent directly from an exchange app, but from a wallet on my computer (for which there isn't a direct receipt). The first screenshot shows the money going from an exchange to my desktop wallet, and then from the desktop wallet to your wallet. I sent both screenshots to provide as much information as possible, but it was just ignored.

Hi, I want to post here after signing up for ole7.io yesterday.

I made a deposit of $500 as seen here https://etherscan.io/tx/0x914039e722ea975758d4f4115c71f880e9e6c1ba4297be237dab0e034b877ca0 but my deposit never arrived, so after a few hours I contacted support and they said wait up to 24 hours, which I have.

I received the email below.
I don't know how I can give a receipt from the exchange app as I sent the money from a wallet saved on my computer.
I'm still waiting for my response as I've stated there is no 'payment confirmation receipt from the exchange app'.
I've bet on many gambling sites and this is the first to withhold a deposit and make such a weird request.  

I'll keep my post updated as things progress, but my caution right now for anyone would be to not deposit on this site.
