hello this is the transaction im talking about.

https://blockchain.info/address/15vCN3A5SRVzXK7K4XrCpuBddeugHgT83G

in my online blockchain wallet it says the transaction is unconfirmed.
It looks like the transaction hasn't been broadcast, so nobody sees it. Try leaving your Bitcoin software open until it rebroadcasts the transaction.  If it's still unconfirmed after a while we'll have to think more.

Hi OneVillian.
I'm fairly new to bitcoin. I have made a deposit about an 10 hours ago. There seems to bit something wrong because as of now it remains unconfirmed and the chips have not been added.
My user name is: duecejuice.
There's a deposit that was credited to you for 0.59BTC (590 chips) yesterday at 5:33pm (Eastern Time). Not talking about that one?

What's the amount of the deposit you're trying to make? What do you mean by "it remains unconfirmed", is it back in the wallet you sent it from? Can you link to the blockchain info showing what you sent and where? Thanks.

We're receiving deposits fine as recently as an hour ago, and just tested one that works, so I don't think there's a problem with our system receiving. We'll figure it out, whatever the problem is.

Ya.  Let me know your name on OVP, I don't see an account that matches your name here.

How to collude on a collude proof site. Play the 500 Guarantee Tourney Buy-In 0+20. Pick a friend. Both sit out. Since you paid to get in, you'll never get booted. And since it takes nearly an hour for the blinds to kill you, you are almost guaranteed to place in the money while all the other poor chumps fight it out.
You could sit out yourself if this is effective.  Either way it isn't collusion, it's just sitting out of a tournament and cashing if other people get eliminated before you.

The tournament you're talking about is designed to be value-added, so even if it's hard to beat away players, you're probably getting a good deal. If someone pays an entry I don't want them to get removed, sorry.

That's weird, sorry about that, I can assure you the site is secure, gonna figure out why this happens. Thanks for letting me know.

What version of Chrome are you using?

Glad it worked well for you dooglus!  We have a system in place that should generally make cashouts this quick, for security purposes it won't quite be 100% of the time.

Are you holding the majority of customer deposits in an offline 'cold' wallet, to protect from hackers, etc.?
Ya, theoretically. Right now we can cover the funds in the hot wallet so essentially all players funds are cold. This is why we don't advertise instant cashouts, sometimes funds will have to be moved manually.

I just tried a cash-out to see how well it worked.

I requested a withdrawal of 132 chips.  It told me it would take a couple of hours, but when I looked at my bitcoin client the payment was already there.

Very impressive - it couldn't have taken more than a minute.

I have one issue with the software, when a new table opens, I have to move it bit up because I cannot see the buttons at bottom (my netbook has resolution 1024x600) and sometimes (about 10% of the time) the table freezes (I cannot move the table anymore) and I cannot do anything and I see no action on the table (I have to refresh the page and login again, and it opens the table and I can play - but in some cases it freezes again and I have to repeat  Undecided). I using IE 8.0 and Google Chrome 21.0, both have the same issue about 10% of the time
Really sorry that's happening.  The freerolls we run have exposed some bugginess in the Mavens software, presumably because Heads-Up MTTs is a kind of unique concept that probably wasn't extensively tested when they created it.  I don't know if your problem is related to this or something different, but I'm gonna pass this info on to the developer so they can have it in mind when they're getting the kinks out. We want everything to be smooth for when we start offering more tournaments.

You could also try Firefox, or even a different version of Chrome, just as a new variable, you never know.  It's hard to know exactly what these machines of ours are thinking sometimes, hehe.
