Sounds like the same thing that happened to me. I tried to reapply and it says blacklisted. I opened a support ticket for 2 weeks but noone seems to be able to fix it, Deeper tried twice but it stills says i'm banned.. It sucks since i'm missing out on 2k onions + from the airdrops and did nothing wrong.
