OBFS4 is a public key obfuscation protocol on top of the tor network, its purpose is to hide the message content protocol details so all traffic appears to be random traffic. This allows apps access tor in the regions that tor is not allowed or banned.
DeepOnion now integrated with OBFS4 allowing easier access to deeponion's network which runs on top of tor. Especially good for those living in Countries have Tor connection problems like China.

Most altcoins have fallen in price this January. In 2016 and 2017, the pattern is the same. Hopefully it will be the same this 2018 because the markets recovered from February in those past years.
Deeponion has not really pump, in fact it has dump so hard with little volume, I believe the dump will not continue as having the best team and big
supporters will make the value bring uptrend again.
