Where is developers at last? They earned money and gone with them? After Cryptopia was hacked they dont give any announce and have not make nothing. latest update for android wallet was made an half of year ago.... WTF?
You seem to be misinformed, pal. DeepOnion has made a lot of things and released stuff after the Android release of the wallet. Perhaps you’d like to go to deeponion.org to learn about all of DeepOnion’s releases and updates. As for the Cryptopia hack, the DeepOnion team has no relation to that whatsoever but it’s been talked about in the DeepOnion official forum. The team has definitely talked about it there. Well, we are expecting DeepOnion code rebase to be completed at some point. Maybe it’s related to that?
it’s already can be considered as completed in general, but the team has to finish the testing before launching officially.

As of now, how many developers are working on DeepOnion and is there an overview of the next items on the roadmap?
DeepOnion developers are community members volunteering to support this project and they are rewarded after testing and delivery. Many developers joined and left since the project started and each is specialized in their own field. Check this page to view the team members:https://deeponion.org/team.html

New version with new features? nice
the new (code rebased) wallet contain’s all previous functions (i.e. PoS staking, DeepVault, etc.) + is ready for various improvements (lighting network and so on).

A constant update is one indicator that the project is working. The project was well manged by the team and this is an indicator that project is successful.stay tuned
But except DeepOnion there were 15 projects to be listed, but some of them already dead and no any activity after few month, so sonox tweeted about it, lol.
