You can stake coins with your wallet. And you don't need a minimum to start to do it, it's something that will happen if you let your wallet unlocked and running, but you will only earn 10% of your holdings the first year and the staking process is something random+prob. (Of course will help if you have more coins)

You must have an account on Deeponion.org community , then theres some requirements needed again like , 50 onions (5-6% if im not mistaken depends also how many participators we have ) and 1 Bitcointalk post (with over 50 characters on every reply or post) and 3 post/reply also on Official DeepOnion forum

Buying or selling merit is not allowed... Think I saw this in a post of theymos yesterday...

I would hope attempts to do would equal an account ban, it kinda defeats the point of it i would have thought!
