Not only the devs are introducing innovative features, they didn't ask for money in the first place, instead they gave free coins to the public. No ICO, how can it be a scam? If they dumped during ATH when they were millionaires, maybe you can call it a spam, but they didn't, which shows their dedication to the project.

I would trust DeepOnion devs more than many other coin devs who are not anonymous. This is based on my 7 months experience in DeepOnion

10% is ending tomorrow. We are in 1st year but from tomorrow, 5%= 2nd year.
