Only the core team can declare such information in official announcements after they agree with the other party. Where did you see DeepOnion being represented by Mexican groups?

It's only a matter of time IMO

It would be wize to buy the same amount of ONIONs now, when price is around ~0.24$, to get your avarage back to around 7-8$
Or buy 2x as many to get the avarage down to around 3-4$ per onion

There is one swap site which I have used for test purpose days ago. exchange.bitcoinbangladesh.ml, the site is powered by coin coinpayments. I recommend using lower amount since the site has no legal documents.

Very sad that you lost a lot of your investment. However, i think it's now better if you invest more and make your average lower so that you don't need $16 per ONION to get your investment back. Of course it's not a financial advice. Bad luck for you that you entered in wrong time.
