Maybe you should think in a different direction than looking for someone who sells books for Bitcoin and if you find a good site that has books that interest you, you can always ask the owner to add that payment option.

I tried looking for one through spendabit. There are a number of books available but they're mostly not sold from a bookstore. Many of these stores are offering other stuff aside from books. They all accept Bitcoin payment, of course. But I found Mises Bookstore, though. It has more than 600 books available. I don't know which specific books or what type of books you're looking for, but you might want to drop by their site.

Please note that I haven't tried buying from this bookstore. This isn't a recommendation.
