Just a heads up, this dev will have over 50% of all coins even after 10 days of mining, slowly diminishing to 1% over 2.8 years. Only after like 1000 days will the premine be equal to 1%. Dev premine 150,000 coins.. you only get 10 coins per block.

We've been looking at the code, and so far we havent found anything suspicious. Maybe somebody else can pitch in aswell to check out if there are any inconsistencies, but so far it doesnt look like a scam.
If the premine 0.2% or 0.3% it is ok
but 1% and 2.8 years hardroad the premine will eventually be nothing, bounties have just started being setup. We will have a lot more to come too!

I am going to stop bugging you. If this coin fails do to the premine just please next time your team makes a coin put some skin in the game. Making foundation wallets forces your hand. it makes you tough it out if you want paid. People get that and the value of the coins go up.

We just did a check of the current network hashrate, looks like we are at around 30 gigahash per second right now and on block 286.

Fair enough on that point. Still 15000 block premines hanging over markets kill those markets. I as an investor would like to know a good reason why I should invest in your coin.
To sum it up: We have a lot in the works and we have a lot coming to ONYX!
Yes, but you also must realize, a lot of these other coins have a very short Proof-of-Work phase with a premine, they dump it within 4-5 days. ONYX is setup to have a very long proof-of-work phase, this we were hoping would show the community (along with the transparent premine), that we are here to stay and that we want fair distribution to everyone. With ONYX our actual goal is to help make people reach the moon, so if that is where you want to go, then ONYX is your ride. We will be adding a lot of innovative features to ONYX, its not much right now, but it will be. Only time will tell, and only if you take risks will you reach the top.
