I say extremely likely. Warmth and lights from your computer will be extremely attractive to creepy crawlies. A fire in your garage can go for hours before being noticed.

Small spiders can crawl into a case as well, if there's enough airflow in the area they'll stay away

Unless you're seriously infested, i'd say the odds are astronomically low. Probably not worth worrying about.
