Added UseCryptos to the AVOID-list

Another one to add would be HitBTC. They are registered in Israel as a company, I haven't looked into it in detail but I think they are transparent.

They have been through the regulatory trouble and expense of setting up USD and EUR fiat gateways, this should carry some weight. I haven;t used either personally though.

Also, this is the alternate cryptocurrencies board, I will limit myself to exchanges that focus on altcoins rather than FIAT<>BTC.

HitBTC are adding DOGE and have opened up voting on adding other cryptocurrencies to the exchange. So they are relevant Smiley

Any idea who are behind the exchange? I mean can we have some credentials to bring more transparency after so much scam in exchanges, the recent one being sharexcoin.

Sure I'm the CEO.
As I said there > https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/m.7179623 we have a clear and fair approach.

I repost here >

I smell some ShareX style.

Same... No reason to use new exchanges who will potential scam if there already a bunhch of way more legit ones out.

OK!

I will publicly reply for that :

As you can see here > https://dribbble.com/bpdesign my name is Benoît Philibert, I'm the CEO and cofounder of Kingcoiny. I have designed the platform and I manage it all the time since we launched. My nickname on Bitcointalk is bep42 and here >https://twitter.com/bpdesign_fr  you can see my twitter account.

I'm in charge of the marketing dev for the exchange and I want the things gonna be clear between us and our customers.

Which kind of scammer shows his face and identity?

The best,
Ben

Thanks!

What about kingcoiny?

I haven't heard of them. It would be great for everyone if the OP could be updated with more exchanges, as more information is made available.

Coinnext looks like a really professional cryptocurrency exchange too. Great idea starting this thread Wink

BTC-e is a tough one as they are not really transparent, but they have been serving the community for longer than any of the exchanges in the OP. One of the first, if not the first altcoin exchange.

Poloniex and his owner "busoni" has proved to be reliable before, I trust him and his nice work.

As long as we as a community keep supporting anonymous exchanges, run by some nicknames (no matter their "seniority" cfr. Tradefortress),
I have never ran an exchange, and MtGox.

Bittrex ad and delist on a weekly whim is pretty much the dumbest shortsighted strategy I've seen in an exchange. More supports short term pump n dump, start a new rinse and repeat then adding any longterm value to a real decent coins.

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/want-to-get-on-top-of-the-mintpal-voting-list-639308   <-- read this

Mintpal is far worse then bittrex in terms of shitcoins being added. Bittrex adds good and shitcoins, no discrimination.

Shitcoins are getting bot voted onto mintpal on a weekly basis for last 3 weeks because of shitcoins scam/botting there way to the top.

Check the communities for the next 2 coins in line for getting added. it's a joke!

Just copying what I wrote in the NXT thread.

One thing I've noticed since the launch of the NXT Asset Exchange - it's a breather on your nerves to trade on it.

Take any centralized crypto exchange. If you want to buy something, you can't help thinking - would it possibly go down tomorrow, would I get my deposit back, hence you rush your trades, buy at spot to quickly withdraw, instead of creating an under market buy order and waiting for it to fill. That is a loss of profits and what's more important damage to your health.

With the decentralized exchange you create an order at exactly where you want to buy an asset, and your worries of the exchange going under and running away with your funds are gone. That saves a lot of nerves, each active trader should really love it, helps avoid a lot of anxiety gastric acid.

Sorry tokyoghetto, you really don't have much weight left with the HYPER community. Not to mention you're further derailing this thread.

The simple fact is, there are dedicated people passionately working on HYPER. You seem to be pretty adamant about finding a scam where none exists. A pump of the coin will encourage game currency merchants to accept the coin. All we want is more exposure and for people to use HYPER so it's primed for use in our self developed online game. With more market volume and more realistic prices, the launch of the game will be much more successful. There's a long list of reasons why a pump is good for this coin.

Tokyoghetto the value of a coin after a pump often stabilizes higher, so it turns to be beneficial for the future of HYPER and its associated projects.

Something needs to be done after you have spent so much energy trying to destroy a coin whose team gave you a GIFT for letting you go, as you were not willing to renegotiate your fees for your services rendered, a week before any such services were rendered, which you have returned with unfounded scam accusations and dumping. YOU made people lose money by spreading FUD and dumping. YOU have blood on your hands.

I was just making conversation in the thread - HYPER isn't on Cryptsy so it isn't eligible. What I was referring to in the quote above is that HYPER has a very active dev team and is currently undervalued. Especially with the HYPER space based MMO under development and the HYPER arcade which is launching very soon.

I couldn't resist taking you off ignore to see what you had written - but I will engage ignore again now for both our sakes. I don't want to keep embarrassing you and you're bad for my blood pressure.

EDIT: If you think our coin is so crap, why are you still so clearly upset that you're not involved? I'm sorry  Kiss

HyperFuture suggesting Mr.Net from Project_Pump to pump Hyper.

quote below

Just in case it gets a ninja-delete, screen cap below.

Actually if Bittrex wants to maintain its integrity, they should delist Hyper, considering its developer has openly asked an organizer of a pump group to pump their coin, which usually ends in a huge dump. This is dangerous to possible Hyper investors because the dev holds a huge premine, and will just dump the coin at the highs and burn a lot of people.

So much for being genuine huh.

Or Hyper will just trade low volume and bittrex will just delist it like every other low volume coin.

But to stay on topic, Bittrex has been a solid exchange and I recommend people send their trading volume there.

That may be true, but I have no reason to believe that Bittrex will delist HYPER in the near or far future. When they continue to see HYPER progress and gain market volume, they'll keep it listed.

Sorry that wasn't an opening for you to promote your shitcoin  Roll Eyes

It's not a shitcoin and I don't appriciate your arrogance. I have no patients left for those who believe the HYPER is anything but genuine, think whatever you want. It's pretty sad that there's so many scams in the crypto world that every alt coin is considered guilty until proven innocent. The fact that you would just assume it's a scam (nice try deleting your post btw) just lends credence to the idea that anonymity is bad for the crypto community. Forced transparency, not by some regulatory commission, but by the people, is what will keep cryptocurrencies relevent in the professional world. Arrogance, assumptions based on nothing more than a bad taste left by some of the scams in recent history, is not acceptable in a civilized discussion on the potential ramifications of complete transparency of cryptocurrency exchanges. Thanks for wasting five minutes of my life...

leptoon probably should start his own thread about how awesome HYPER is. But it is by no means a shitcoin. See you when we launch the MMO Alpha which uses HYPER as an in-game currency (the development of which is being funded by HYPER). Or maybe even the HYPER arcade which will be up in a week or so Wink There ARE a lot of shitcoins, but not all alt coins are by definition shit. There's a big difference.

EDIT: The HYPER team has so much planned and is so driven to achieve our key objectives, I can't wait to see you swallow your words when the time is right Wink In the meantime, try and enjoy yourself.
