Its hard to get millions to show up unless you make sure millions have actually heard of your movement. Probably several people in that crowd gathering names to add to the turrorist list. Well done.
I guess we can put the 2014 Operation American Spring into the Devil's win column.
The people who did show up and who were not infiltrators or reporters certainly must have earned there place in Heaven. I'm not sure there were any people who were not in one of these categories though.

More seriously, this thing absolutely reeked of an intel operation of some sort. Leaving aside the fact that the idea and operation plans were absurd, the leadership and those who were promoting the event are very suspicious indeed. My best hypothesis at this point was that the operation's main goal was to probe the disposition of individuals now that the machinery for high precision state sponsored surveillance machinery is in place. It probably never really mattered who showed up, and was just as well that a ridiculously few people did. The interesting data was to see who was saying what to who over the past few months.
Looks like in terms of 'threats' from the plebeian classes, the right wing is not worth considering. The left wing side, as evidenced by the Occupy movement, is a different story. This is probably somewhat disappointing to the 'powers that be' as it limits the opportunities cultivate some internecine struggles between the two sides.
These people need to realize that the state is their master and the ultimate authority.

These kind of comical political groups are nothing to do with fighting authority or any of that bollocks, the reason they failed so badly is because all they're doing is attacking Obama rather than the whole system and are clearly the types involved with the Republican establishment and if you think any politics not just American are to do with two sided fights and you're on the 'good' side then you're just a simple minded prick.

Well the American Spring will be condemned the USA is all for encouraging other nations uprisings but not ones in it's own country trying to overthrow its two party system

So what happens when certain person wont just ouster on his own because he notice all of this armed people (since weapons were already mentioned).

. Hmmm this is going to be interesting, an "American spring" but i know most americans would rather go to their jobs or stay at home than help to bring change in their governments policies especially the so called "foreign policy".
But, just think of all those unemployed... Just give each one a gun and some ammo and look where it goes.
