Yes... this type of sale happening right after a prior sale is very cautionary.... I guess we'll just have to wait to see if ore-mine survives past January.

Its also possible he's using these two sales to raise the capital needed to expand/increase his mining capabilities. But I guess we'll never know and will just have to wait and see if the site continues to operate after January.

Sector, as a long time Ore-Mine supporter, I have to be skeptic like the other guys in regards to these New Year mines. They seem too good to be true. What's the catch? How do you plan to be profitable when you have to pay double of an investment in a month time? Thank you.

I just gave it a try and invested something not that long ago. But I agree, this looks like an exit strategy for a scam. Of course I hope I am wrong with that.

Edit: Have there been similar deals last year? Christmas offer etc.?

Well, we decided to spread an extra income to more users. We decreased a New Year's Mine's 1 price to 0.89 BTC and added 140 more mines.
As far as we have a fixed extra income from 2015 period, we decreased New Year's Mine's income rate to add some more mines of this type.
