Actually, just like Liberty Reserve, there might be a small chance that Sector might have been involved in money laundering activities (therefor the long run of a seemingly ponzi scheme). But it was all most likely a scam, the whole trading business gone wrong due to Cryptsy downfall or something along those lines.
