I am not denying that it could be a scam exit... but it could have actually been seized..

It hasn't been seized. The IP address hasn't changed. It's just a "screen" that the ore-mine people put up. Whole thing was a story made up to attempt to "walk away" with everything.

I was about tonl deposit 1/2 Bitcoin also for the interest accrual but my spider sense told me not too. I was skeptical about the Christmas sale but thought it was too good a deal to pass up. I've learned my lesson now about these types of sites. I just wish I could have withdrawn the .03 BTC I had in there from the ore. And yeah, new years mines were definitely a bad sign.

Well, I dont know. Its kind of weird, because I wanted to withdraw 0.05 BTC today it was already weird, because usually it took longer time to get answer from the server, that transaction was sent, but this time I got instant answer that it was sent, but It wasnt and in history after few hours I saw it as "sending" transaction.
So I think that he probably scammed it, because with that 45% off during the Xmas promotion it was suspicious, but still okay more or less, but with that special years mine with profit 300% in one month, it looks like that he is already running out of money and he was trying to get some with selling of this mines.
I'm okay, I got really nice profit from ore-mine because I had 500 refs under me, but It doesn't mean that I will not miss it.
