Are you one of their team? I bet no, so you cant say that it is abusing the promotion because you do not know the terms, dont you?
You can say it is abusing the promo if you know the terms very well.

Not in every case. They can restrict the promo to each IP per site and block the obvious VPN IPs.
Moreover I will not play on a new site until it is certified as probably fair by some reputed individuals.

We've been doing a lot of work on the casino, including integrating Microgaming and Netent. There's also a more advanced game search engine, which were steadily improving.

Background
I just thought it might be helpful to give you a little bit of background on the way we've been building out the casino and where we want to go.

How we do it
If you're in the world of software development, you will have heard of agile. Essentially it's where you get a minimum viable product, release it, get feedback and keep building iteratively better versions of the product.
In our case, we launched the casino as a minimum viable product back in November 2015 and we've been constantly working on it ever since.

More detail on our strategy
If you're not familiar with how casino operators work, here's a very quick synopsis:
game providers work with operators, and game providers take a percentage of revenue from customer losses
operators deal with licensing, platforms, technology, customer services…in essence they act as a wrapper for the casino games providers give.

We have partnered with the operations company SoftSwiss, they handle all of the game integration, payments, customer services

My team and I deal with the user experience and marketing of these games on SoftSwiss platform.

Casino games have typical house edge of around 5%. It varies depending on which game you're playing and if you have a look on our website, you can see all of the house edge data that we could get our hands on.

Essentially, house edge is the same for nearly every reputable casino, so it's really a question of how different brands decide to spend their cash to get more customers in.

For us, the focus is on customer experience and effectively returning as much cash back to the customers we can whilst remaining profitable. Our general view is that people want to gamble, give customers a better reason to gamble with us and we then don't have to spend so much money on things like marketing and advertising. That's why we behave more like a software business than a casino in that were constantly working on site updates and so on.

We also made a real point of giving as much money back in the form of bonuses and free spins as we can.

I had the exact same problem, I had to flag it with live chat who didn't understand what was happening but refunded me the fee.

They also gave me 10 free spins, but despite three separate chats with support they where not able to help me get them working.

Are you taking a fee on every deposit or something? Depositing 1 BTC gives you 0.998 BTC in your balance. Annoying for your friends of oshi! promotion-thing too as well.
