Bonus is properly credited(except missing free spins) I've used all bonuses from the welcome package.
Free spins are not playable until first part of bonus is cleared/lost. Past three daily bonuses didn't had this rule attached to them.

You can at least inform players upfront, contacted support and they said everything is order, rules are not changed since launch.
Free spins are credited perfectly correct, support said and they can only cancel bonus.
Thats what live support said.

To solve what? I asked support about bonus and free spins, after that again in talk with support I got different answer, and then I saw that your rules are totally different.
Mistake is mine clearly, I should read rule's cause talking and asking support is not always good thing to do obviously. And just to add how incompetent answer I got, suppurt told me that I should deposit minimum 50 mbtc for bonus spins, panjul shared right information its 100 mbtc.
That was my first bonus, I like bonuses, but your support partially ruined my experience. I don't see that you can do anything for me, I didn't lost million's and mistake is mine.

Oshi is really good casino. And if you contact support via email answer is fast, professional and most accurate.
While 24/7 live support is totally different story, they most of the time have no idea what you ask them and answer something generic/random.
You can take one of the daily bonuses with minimum deposit of 0.01 bitcoin.
