I don't think both of them is a good investment, especially Tezos. Tezos just seems to pump out partnerships with big companies, NGO, heck even the California State Government, Google and its price goes absolutely nowhere and I am not gonna lie I am incredibly impressed it is able to pull that off.

Hello,
Osmosis has a bright future or Tezos? Which is a stronger project?
Any idea welcomed.

Thank you.

Tezos is more old project and has a good fundamentals, while OSMO is relatively new project and still hasn't unlocked its potential. I think I would choose OSMO now, because it has not opened yet as a crypto project, and I expect more development and growth in price from it in the next bull run. It's at the bottom right now, so it might be a good long term acquisition. Tezos is unlikely to show anything unusual in the next 2.5 years.

I love Tezos and will hold for many years, but it’s price action is just non-existent.
I don’t expect anything as the price is just so inverse to the fundamentals and potential. It’s the only bag I have truly for ‘the tech’.

Tezos and osmo have been dumping so hard but osmo makes more sense for me rather than tezos. Tezos's era already ended and all of BS related to the tezos already gone. It will be so stupid to pick tezos as investment. Osmosis is still having a chance to go to the moon.
Tezos is always dumping slowly but it's still happening till this time. it may break its all time low record very soon.

Why don't you try to pick another coin which was still getting a lot of demand instead of those two?

Hello,
Thank you so much for your reply.
The Osmosis's current staking reward is 20.07%, but Tezos is 5.87%.
What is the goal of Osmosis and Tezos projects?
Excuse me but i thought that you picked these 2 for a reason. So why did you pick these two seemingly random projects if you don't even know what they are eveb about?
But to your question, i would stay away from both of them and choose something completely new. Tezos has good ideas, but i really don't like tezos as smart contract platform.

Osmosis is pretty unknown to me.

that's the problem of most new crypto investors. they are looking at the numbers only but are not looking for the foundation of the project itself. hence, they are highly prone to getting screwed. just look at the staking reward percentage. osmosis maybe high in percentage but what will happen after few months? it is better to have low reward but the market is still there. rather than getting high staking rewards but in few months the value goes down hard.

I don't think it's a good comparison. Osmosis and Tezos?
Osmosis is a platform that is built on the Cosmos network while Tezos is a network.
The Cosmos network and Tezos network is the one that must be compared.

So, about the Osmosis versus Tezos, I will choose Tezos for this (in terms of market cap). If network versus network, I will go to Cosmos network over Tezos network.

Hello,
Thank you so much for your reply.
Osmosis is built on the Cosmos network and when Cosmos network is better than Tezos network, then Osmosis must be better. Am I wrong?
Cosmos is pretty strong tech wise but I prefer NEAR and Q Blockchain personally.

Well I have staked Tezos before in the past. I would not think it is a good idea to do now but I am more familiar with Tezos project then I am with Osmosis.
And Tezos is its own network. And this can not be said the same about Osmosis. The marketcap for Tezos is $824 million and the marketcap for Osmosis is only $312 million. I would invest in Tezos instead of Osmosis for that reason just right there.
And I am nervois about staking a token that rewards 20% it just seems like it is too much.

I wouldn’t advise you to invest a large sum in either but if I had to pick one to allocate funds to I would say Tesos. That’s only because I think it has a better long term reputation. I trust it more than Osmosis but that’s the only real positive I can give towards Tezos. I still wouldn’t feel comfortable investing much money in it.

I don't rate any of these projects, especially Tezos but has failed to attract users and a strong community, Tezos was shilled before as the next best thing but now we understand this is just another blockchain being marketed by the VCs just to grab money from retails, I am so surprised that most of these Ethereum killers have not been able to compete directly with it and give it value for its money despite all the shortcomings of Ethereum but since the market has spoken there is nothing we can say. The problem I have with most of these projects now is that they come with huge valuations, if retailers don't make money from your project there is no way they will stick around, this is how the community is born, and this is what helped Bitcoin, Ethereum, BNB etc but most of these project comes with huge valuations from VCs and they just dumped them on the retailers who are the potential users. I still believe that Ethereum is not the chain that has the best tech in the space

Both Osmosis and Tezos have strong communities and solid technology, but their goals and focus areas are quite different. Ultimately, which project has a brighter future will depend on various factors such as adoption, network effect, and partnerships.

Hello,
Can anyone answer me?
To be honest, yourself can even answer your own question. It takes a few minutes to googling about staking reward calculator. https://www.stakingrewards.com/earn/osmosis/

Stop makes me think that you act just like a bot.

How many Osmosis coins should I have to earn one Osmosis per day?

Try with around 2,5k - 3k osmo. That probably enough to give you 1 osmo everyday. It will be so good to have more but the risk is quite high due to the volatility from the price of coin.

Thank you.
For smart contract chains I think the best ones are NEAR, Polygon, Q Blockchain and Hedera Hashgraph. Shimmer might make that list if it gets better DApps.

I have only heard about tezos, all I know about it is its an older project. While osmosis, I use it regularly to trades ibc coins, also hold a good chunk of it and expecting good profits from it in next bull cycle.

If I were to choose I'd prefer osmosis, it's hub for all cosmos based coins and with integrations with axelar it's becoming cross-chain hub as well.

Yes but eventually the more people that stakes Osmosis, it will drop down eventually.

Osmosis apr has already dropped down a lot, in start when it was airdropped it had it in thousand. But it's not based on people that stake but thing called 'thirdening' which reduces supply by 1/3 every year until issuance reaches 1B max supply. You can read about it here.

I'll choose Tezos.
I'm into staking coins and that's why if I'll choose, I've known more Tezos than Osmosis. Looks like Osmosis is also a good project but I haven't yet done my whole research on it.
I've just based a few details on its website and on its ranking through coinmarketcap + the volume it's got.

Osmosis also gives a pretty nice interest if you stake them. I currently have a few Osmosis on my Atmoic Wallet and there i get 22% APY as interest for staking them (for Cosmos you also get 22% on Atomic Wallet at the moment). I do not own any Tezos but i just made a quick google search and it seems that the staking APY for Tezos is "only" at around 3%.
I don't know though which of those 2 projects is the better project for the longterm. Tezos is a own blockchain that had a huge ICO round a few years ago but since then it became more and more quiet around Tezos. Osmosis is a DEX on the Cosmos Interchain. So if Cosmos will do well Osmosis should do well too.
