XEL will never be listed on major exchanges as long as the developers remain anonymous. Too likely to scam people and disappear, then they can do it all over again with another coin.

As to the HEAT exchange: it's not decentralized. It's run by a guy in his parents cellar with manual BTC withdrawals 24 hours after you have done a sale.
