Create a Bitcoin-related site (not a faucet, they are not profitable nowadays) and when you start getting more traffic apply for being a publisher at Bitcoin ad networks like Mellowads,coinzilla, ppcadmedia etc. and start earning advertising revenue.
Don't expect to become rich but 0.01 BTC per week is a feasible goal after a few months, good luck.

Let s be clear, there s no magic way go earn bitcoin without investing time and energy into this.
Unless you do have lots of BTC to invest and re ready to deal with potential risks.
Having said this, I d suggest to double your post count, BUT ONLY HIGH QUALITY posts, not spamming shit around and you ll get your 0.01 BTC per week. Once you get that you can try to invest in casino house, lend or buy PoS.

If you do have enough capital then you can depend on trading but take note, there's a risk and there's no guarantee that you will earn instant.
Just like what others are saying, find a task, sell things / services that can be helpful to others, offer yourself, what you can do at best.
There are also offer like captcha's by onlinedragon that can give you additional income depending on how you will dedicate time on it.

An alternative to Signature Campaigns is to use the earnings from Signature Campaign to invest on something which you can earn passive income from. But it will be hard to take 0.01 BTC profit weekly from it. 
The best ways to earn by doing tasks is here on BitcoinTalk forum, but it's not always easy to find those tasks to be completed. Sometimes there are more tasks jobs, sometimes there are less (like now)... Other alternatives pay too low if you don't have many referrals which will follow you to every new site you promote.

BTC is money. Earn it the same way you do money. 0.01 BTC is less than 2 hours' work in most places, so go to work -> get money -> turn to BTC -> have as much BTC as you want to earn. And easy.
I think it's safe to assume that a large portion of people on this forum aren't able to get a job. Age, geographical situations, just to name a few reasons.

I advise you to learn a trade and offer it in the services section. I've seen people doing such little, easy jobs, like looking things up in the internet, transcribing and translating documents, making forum signatures and many more. Even testing services can pay off. You can also manage a company's forum, or a thread on one of the existing forums for money. If you aren't lazy and want to work you will easily find a job here.

Other alternatives are working for bitcoin in solving captchas website but there you need hard work and the pay rate is not that good. You can try to sell your skills in the services section of the forum if you have any skill. You can also try to build some residual income through affiliate marketing projects if you are good at it. Opportunities are endless , you just have to find the right one for you.
It is true solving captchas are not really worth your time I mean they will pay you at .001 $ per captcha solves which means you need to solve over a thousand in order to get 1$ and I really don't think so I have the time in order to solve that many just to earn 1$. Solving captchas are not a really good way to earn money, additionally the expense you will get running the computer is bigger then what you will earn in a day. Currently there are many ways of earning bitcoins which much safer and profitable, though signature campaign have a good choice always. You can try offering your skills for bitcoin other than that i don't think there is any other ways to earn good amount of bitcoin without any investment.

There are many other opportunities other than signature campaigns but everywhere you need money for investing, but there are other opportunities like Translation, Facebook campaign, Twitter campaign. Otherwise, if you have any other skills like Signature Designs, Ann Designs, Web design, there are many people looking for this kind works also and they will pay you in BTC only.

Aside from sig campaign i can't see any program that can make you earn 0.01 passively since the one i know here is all about gambling and ICO's and if you want to earn by that you should try to seek better ideas on gambling or just simply join on altcoin bounty campaign where you can earn free coins that can be exchange to btc in the end of their crowdsale.

Look for new altcoin launches and initial coin offerings. They usually have bounties available for everyone at all skill levels. Translation bounties are the most popular and the easiest. If you know some coding, thats also a good way to earn some BTC.

You can earn through captcha solving as mentioned above and/or join GPT (get pad to) sites with free paid surveys and offerwalls.
OP's target amount is not that high so it will be a little easier to earn if OP has a lot of free time . The easy one to applied at and be accepted are solving captcha's, Joining social media campaigns and doing micro-tasks . Offering services enables you to earn decent profits depends on your skills . If you're not that good in a particular skill or you have nothing to offer . You can always learn online, there are a bunch of tutorials over the internet .
The last one is trading altcoins which is risky one cause it requires a capital and you might lose some of your bitcoins .
