Risk is from your product: code, security, features, UI.

Risk is from competitive exchange market. Lot of exchanges are your competitors.

Security is important because you can improve your UI, products, raise fund but if in mean time, your exchange get hacked because of bad security, your team will bite dust and you will not be able to repay your loan.

Platform it's being desing with security issues in the first place, I can tell you for example that in terms of scaling the platform we will have no problems, we can even beat many large exchangers in this requirement.

Yes I'm optimistic, I'm know there is risks, yes we have plan B, we are trying nobody says it gona be easy.

Yes, script coins will be supported along with bitcoin clones, also we plan to focus on private coins as they are undervalued

Most this coins can be suppoted with vanity address also, one of our features

I don't know much about CEX's (other than they are instant in/out swaps)

Are they just limited to ERC20 (or similar) tokens? Or, can script coins like sexcoin be added?

(And yes, my question is loan related as I'm guaging the potential of the project your loan application is for)

The 5BTC are not only for marketing, is also to support platform the firsts months. We are asking for a waiting period, to consolidate our business and proceed to the payments. Also we plan to do a last sell off for 1month agaist a wall like yobit does.
