I'm trying to understand why your website hasn't changed since my last post. What's holding it up? It's just a Wordpress website which you've got to get ready to attract investors.

we're not doing any ico, whoever is willing to invest in us because and believes in our business model is gonna have convertible notes/equities in return, as a normal company /startup .

don't understand your point, as every project has to start from somewhere, and with regards to the piece of article you posted it clearly states that private energy producers are about to cover even the small portion of electricity which has been imported (30% trending lower). is it not 70-80% hydropower green enough? :-)

we're not worried by the price of an estonian license,as it costs just 20k , but we aknowledge that the more capital we raise now the more we save on miners expenditure, as we can place bulk orders at a discount. This to benefit the gains of the customers as well.

our cto is an experienced miner, of course we have mining rigs. we have been already doing personally what we are pitching here. And luckily, it works.

There is no such country in the EU, the only country that completely relies on hydro in Europe is Albania, and they do import energy.
Having this messed up from the start I wonder what's real in this project of yours because:

- why do you need an ICO for this? You could simply sell mining contracts, there is no need for tokens. Bitdeer is doing this just fine
- you just realize you have to pay more than the usual 100$ for an Estonian license, and you need the money from investors even before that?
- you haven't even managed to set up a WordPress website but you want to be in charge of a token, a mining company, an investment fund...

So you are developing a cloud mining project and will do an ICO to develop this? I have seen a lot of this in the past I even joined a bounty campaign, right now there are no successful cloud mining projects in the market, don't put to much hype on your project until you launch it, investors will see if this is another Ponzi scheme cloud mining based project.

It's annoying you're asking for investment when you haven't got anything. You've mentioned you're fully licenced but you probably haven't even submitted the application so why exaggerate?

You're not after a cryptocurrency licence because after March 10 2020 it's become almost impossible to get one in Estonia because you need a physical office and Board in Estonia estonia-company.ee so if you're only offering mining and you've got a cheap Wordpress website template that hasn't even been changed to promote your investment opportunity then you haven't started off well.

So do I understand this correctly? You want to start a project where you offer the facilities for clients to run their mining rigs? Your timing is very good with loads of mining farms closing in China. Can I just ask a quick question ... Will the electricity that are provided, be sourced from "Clean" renewable energy sources?

I think that will be a main selling point, if you can provide a location that are near to a renewable energy source. (Elon Musk's tweet about Bitcoin having to clean up their Carbon footprint, should be taken seriously.... to attract more serious Institutional investors in the future)

you right , we're preparing it, but it takes 60 days to have the license,therefore i put it forward, then if anyone is interested we can find an agreement and maybe he could invest after we have obtained the registration. i said eu regulated , therefore everything is registered and scams are not possible. i'm saying fully licensed because the law firm said that unless we the parteners are related to criminal strucures, the license will be granted for sure. we are clean.

So it is not yet licensed? It's quite misleading if you market it as 'fully licensed' at this stage then.

IMO, better prepare your license and website and stuff like team info first before you start looking for investors. There're dozens of scam projects who are more or less do the same thing, so investors being skeptical should be expected.

I've seen some of your previous posts, it seems that you offering this service at the $0.1/kWh electricity cost. Do you know that there in EU is also much cheaper electricity than $0.1?
