This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever.
Yes, 1:1 is the correct score. This is the ONLY correct score
in specified time (regular time or regular time + overtimes).
You say "It's hard to predict precisely," but that's not true. The only two correct results are 1:1 in the specified time and 4:3 (1:1 + 3:2) in the total time + penalties. Everything else is pure nonsense.
It is totally unfair to not acknowledge even a single accurate prediction and I think you should honor
the correct score predictions before all the others.
By the way, you set up England vs Italy as the match. All predicted results should be taken in that light (unless otherwise stated).
For example, when Batwingoz predicted a 2-1 result, did he predict England or Italy to win?
