Let me update you one more time regarding my scam accusation thread which is now closed since 2 weeks.
They did finally pay me the confiscated 0.1BTC today. Two weeks ago in that thread I said I already got it, but that turned out to be a little premature. I had their absolute promise and therefore decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and report that I already got it, to speed things up a bit. But I still had to keep pushing and send messages and now today I finally got it and withdrew it succesfully.
So the conclusion is that Owl has a TERRIBLE support and you are lucky if they answer 10% of your messages, but if you chase them really hard you will get justice in the end. So I would definitely not recommend them but they are not a scam afterall.

as I said elsewhere that if something happens a problem at the casino site it usually takes a long time. and when support responds to complaints without providing the maximum limit for solving the problem, the customer has the right to pursue to immediately process the problem and solve it quickly.
usually catch up by sending complaint tickets continuously until support gives a definite answer when the maximum limit will be completed or maybe if you are lucky it will be immediately resolved.
to be honest, I'm still a little doubtful if there are fraud allegations at Owl.games. because previously this casino was highly trusted by members of the bitcointalk community and had many customers here.
so it's possible that Owl.games closing the ANN thread will only immediately solve the problems one by one until they are all resolved.
