There isn't any comparison between Owl and 1xbit. Owl is still a well trusted site to gamble but 1xbit despite promoting their casino here, are one the shadiest and scam gambling site.

The important thing is that owl.games should process the withdrawals timely and also resolve gamblers' query through their site and may not give unnecessary delays.

Well, it is completely out of question any casino of good reputation should give priority to tickets and solving their gamblers problems.

Usually, if it is serious enough people would expect you to elaborate or even open a thread about it in the right section.
Anyways, hopefully you won't need to do so and they will contact you as soon as possible and get you covered.

Yes, that's why I prefer to play at a casino that is really active in this forum because when a problem occurs everything can be resolved properly, at least you can communicate with the casino team in this forum if there is no response from the casino site, which usually sometimes supports casino service is always slow to respond, but it would be very appreciated if you get a response on this forum, moreover OWL also closed their threads on this forum and obviously it worries me to play there so looking for a casino that is really active in this forum will make us calmer and safe.

But, it's such a relief to hear that you finally managed to settle everything. Yet, I can't help but ponder on the recurring problem of customer service at these places. It appears that many gamers go through tremendous hardships just to resolve an issue. It begs the question of how much these online casinos care about their customers. As a player, I believe we're entitled to better service than that!

So is there any open allegation against them ? None i guess as far as i know. There may be some delay in withdrawals but overall nothing to panic so far. Also, I just keep track of their own token and is also performing well in recent days. You may say it is dumped in the last one or two days but that is because of the bitcoin dump, the whole crypto market is bleeding.

I cannot help but wonder about why they have taken such decision? I think you're lucky since they want to pay all of your winnings, who knows if they will become scam in the future? I don't think it's acceptable if the casino have terrible support and have a problem regarding the withdrawal process. There are a lot reputable and trusworthy casinos, so I definitely will choose the other casinos rather than owl.games. Last year, there's a casino which have a lot problem regarding the withdrawal and it's become a scam.

They received multiple complaints before and all was solved despite it took some time. This kind of issue is normal to occur on casino since most of the casino even the big one has a lot of complaints if you check the scam accusation of the forum.

I think the support slow response is always the issue in this casino some user report that their message takes too long to be read and answered by live support. Live support usually answer within few minutes but Owl take sometime even days just to get a reply. It’s just bad that they choose to focus communication in their live support even thouh they have bad reviews about their response time.

as I said elsewhere that if something happens a problem at the casino site it usually takes a long time. and when support responds to complaints without providing the maximum limit for solving the problem, the customer has the right to pursue to immediately process the problem and solve it quickly.
usually catch up by sending complaint tickets continuously until support gives a definite answer when the maximum limit will be completed or maybe if you are lucky it will be immediately resolved.

This correct. Most the cases like this is support taking their time to avoid premature decision too. I remember that one of their affiliated casino Sandboxcasino do the same and result to a loss because they send wrong blockchain tokens to the players address. I think pressuring them will just make the situation worst, The user is just lucky that Owl return his funds as soon as possible because some casino has 6 months period on dealing on case like this.

Owlgame is still part of Bitcointalk whether they like it or not, they launched a signature campaign here if I remember two times already, and they create a buzz on their token and their platform because of their competition against Betfury who investors and gamblers are comparing because of their token and casino features.
So if ever one player has issues about payment or anything he will likely come here to file an accusation, they are still relevant to this forum, because of the existence of their thread here, which is not moderated but they locked it, that's the only thing they can do on their thread.

Like you said, Owl has a terrible support, but it never used to be this terrible, and again, don't underestimate the power of this forum and conclude that you got your winning back simply because you chased their customer care really hard, I would simply tell you that posting on this forum helped far more than you can imagine, owl.games got more of their players from this forum, if they get a bad reputation here, it means they are going to loose a lot of customers, so always take note of this.
