That's the thing that channels for communication with owl.the game is limited, maybe it was done intentionally, maybe not, or maybe it's due to saving money for support, but communication with them is now clearly difficult to get feedback, so yes, you're right, it's quite possible that this will just have to go through.

Regardless of the reputation of the casino should adhere to this rule. How can a player know when the problems with the casino will start? (Problems with the withdrawal of funds/protracted KYC procedure/unlawful cancellation of bets/....)
It's not realistic to predict, so if you play in a casino, always make only the amount you can afford to lose.

Been there, done that. Like ajiz138 pointed out, I've tried to reach them through their TG, nicely. They deleted my chat --I saw it through my personal TG account--, blocked me, and took one step further by reporting me to TG admin as a spammer so that I was blocked from PMing their CM. I don't think I am biased when I said they're not welcoming people to tell them to do anything with their situation on this forum

We can also scroll at the bottom of their gambling site and as we can see the bets there are still moving, which means there are still people who wagers there. Their forum representative already explain the reason on why they locked their thread. I don't see they are closing soon but they only lock their thread maybe to avoid unwanted spams or off topic replies.

There you go @OP, I hope we already shed you some light. You can still choose to gamble on this casino if you want to but if we were you we will avoid investing on their token as it seems it is going down the drain. The bull run is starting and many coins now are recovering but we don't see that happening on their own token.

The site has left a final message to rework their strategy and certainly one could say that means the platform is just looking to improve better than we don't know if they will come back or not let alone locking threads.
Usually, casinos on forums always ask for advice and also update their strategy here so that many people know about it, especially for gamblers, so their reason for leaving this message is that they think they won't come back again, especially with unresolved accusations on the forum.

See what @holydarkness did to ask about the allegations but all access has been blocked so it's hard for them to just ask it so it's hard to trust their platform again.

It is one thing to build and another thing to destroy. Building to get good reputation and credibility takes time just like every other thing but just a little act of carelessness would destroy the whole years you have taken to build up in making your personality outstanding. This is the scenario of owl casino. Locking their thread to avoid further discussion was a wrong move and I wondered who they had bought that idea from. Irrespective of the situation facing their casino, they should not have bought the Idea of locking their thread. Look at 1xbet that is being accused of multiple scam related complaints have they locked their thread even when they do not have or give proof to clear their names, their thread is still open and their campaign is still on going ( do not get me wrong I am only trying to make an example). Many casino here have had a bit and higher than owl casino to have closed or locked their thread preventing conversation to continue on their thread. Owl casino just made the wrong move by locking their thread for further discussion.

To the best of my knowledge, OWL.games just finished their signature campaign not quite long which lasted for a short while though. From their last post before the thread was locked, their was not enough tangible reason why they locked their thread. They only stated that they would be open through their customer care to entertaining complaint from their clients which is the right thing to do but we pray they do as they have stated but i am just curios like everyone as to why they locked their thread not to allow any more comment or post here. This is not a good signs as it does not connote openness and transparency. They just lost credibility for doing so and this creates room for doubt as to how genuine they are if they could close their thread on this platform where they possibly have large number of client, will they be able to relate with their client through their customer services on their site as they have stated?
For this act they have carried out, i would advice that no member of this platform should have any deal with them, if you must deal, deal with caution and play with what you can afford to loose.
