You also get free advertising on Inputs.io if you implement our API Smiley

Awesome Smiley Would love to take you up on this offer. I have added inputs.io as both a deposit and withdrawal method. Was easier than i thought!

Do I get free advertising since I run a rotator that has inputs.io faucets first? :p. And do you know who runs the Bitcoinblogger one, because I've lost a ton of satoshis because they were out of funds and it zero'd me out as a result.

BitVegas runs BitVegas? IMPOSSIBRU! I think the world may implode, o.o...

FWIW, if you can implement Inputs.IO as a payment method that would be awesome. Allow us to withdraw however much we want like that, since there's no fees for off-block transactions, Smiley.

Sure I'll look into the inputs.io api and get that up and running. Might be a few days away as I have alot on my plate!

Sounds good, and no rush. Just felt it is something you should add to the queue. First of all is getting the site out there to build up anticipation for advertising, :p. If you ever need to run something by someone, feel free to toss me a PM!

SSL Added. Protection again BEAST attack.

Graded 'A' by SLLlabs analysis: https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html?d=bitads.net

Yay! Now make people start buying ad slots. The two most popular sites there (mine and BitVegas) are being left in the dust by less popular sites that are actually pulling ads, XD.

BitVegas (which is my own website obviously) had 3 bids but I decided to raise my minimum bid which is now higher than the current bids. Thus they were all automatically removed from the bids page. Let's hope they return and bid again!

Once my advertising campaign launches we should (hopefully) see some advertisers coming on board spending the monies!

What is "Views (7days)" and "Clicks (7days)"?

Highest views value I see now is 72, so it can't be banner views.

Views is the views over the last 7 days and same as clicks.

The website only launched less than 24 hours ago so this is correct.

Views are only counted if they are from a unique IP address and the referrer URL matches that of the website. Each IP can be counted once per 24 hours.

In RE: the question asked yesterday about small increases... here's an example of how that is an issue (this is taken straight from the site):

Site1        0.00000110 Ƀ
Site2        0.000001

The difference in their bids is only 10 Satoshis...

Yes you can increase it by multiples

Yes 10 satoshis was the minimum raise amount for that level.

If the bid was 0.1 BTC you can raise by 0.01 as a minimum. I may review this in the future to increase the bidding steps.

Also, SSL will be available shortly

And do SSL *right *, not vulnerable. Fix the BEAST attack. Use SSLLabs to test (you should get an A). Please do not cheapen out on SSL by getting cloudflare.

Works fine now, Smiley. Thanks! Are you going to be trying to help with proactive marketing of the site and gaining advertisers for the different publishers as well? I know about the ad campaign you're going to do, but will you be working towards boosting our revenue and finding other advertisers directly via personal marketing and such?

Ofcourse! The reddit ad starts in about 4 days which I've allocated around $1000 worth of advertising to. I'm considering this first 4 days a 'beta-test' to get everything running smoothly then I will be reaching out through other means to get much more advertisers. I will be buying ad-spaces on websites to advertise bitads on. If you have any idea to help out that would be great! I'm quite happy to spend some initial startup money to get the ball rolling.

Once I get these bugs out of the way I will also be developing the 'ad campaign' system so advertisers can place bids across large groups of publishers on bitads.net. This should help get the advertisers that don't want to spend time browsing each site to determine where to put there ad.

Yep. Had to do some web server reconfiguring. A bit of a sloppy launch but hey that's beta! the .net is back up for now.

The .net forwards to BitVegas. BitVegas even has an ad slot, and when you click on it to purchase (or visit BitAds) it just forwards you back to BitVegas again.

Yeah the server is hosted on the same box as BitVegas and my virtual server was giving so much grief! Finally got it fixed now. Please try again Smiley Sorry for the trouble!

Avast Premier blocks the website because of malware  Roll Eyes

Please let me know if you have further problems with this.

Funnily enough I also have the registered domain http://bitads.info which causes no malware reports.

Maybe bitads.net was flagged some time in the past to the previous owner? Just a guess. If this is the case I will move the service over to bitads.info. Although I'm still looking into it.
It's not flagged by premier, the network shield picks up something I assume and blocks it.
Both links now work.
