it is your fault to not ask for the escrow.. Do you remember you bothered me to do the same when Impulscoin scammed and runaway without sending me anything? you pushed me to pay even you knew that was not my fault nor I was scammed them.. you tagged my account also for the same reason.. (it is a neutral but still hurting me)

Do not need to quarrel with each other.
Try to be respectful managers and try to respect each other.
Every person has his own luck and according to that every person get his post.
It is not good to pay the participants from the manager pocket if he do not have taken that responsibility in the start. So both of you are doin wrong if you both are blaming each other for the payment of the participants.
If the manager do not take the responsibility and in that campaign the owner scam then it is not compulsory that manager will pay.
You both are making a rod for your own back.
That is the solution of your issue. besides that if any manager like to pay the participants from his own pocket then it is his own will.
