Right now biggest issue is today State Bank of Pakistan announces they are going to crackdown on crypto related peoples and cyber crime force is going to ban localbitcoins.com and all sites those working in Pakistan and have links with crypto related links so I don't think any site like this is going on in near future.

Source for this news?  There is no law against bitcoin or other cryptocurrencies in Pakistan so it's not illegal. State bank can't crackdown on websites because that is not within it's purview. That's the job of the PTA. Cyber crime force (whatever that is) also can't act in the absence of a law banning bitcoin.
I watch on ARY News and now FIA is working on Cyber Force they are saying they will take some tough and stick actions against bitcoin dealers I have personally watch one person arrested by them in our area and they are doing crackdowns against few Cyber Cafes as well as they believe they are affiliated with these activities.

Like I said it is not illegal in Pakistan. FIA can only shake people down for bribes. Any such case won't hold up in a court of law because there is no law against it. Even the SBP's actions are limited to restricting banks from dealing with cryptocurrencies. You can still trade in cash and even use the banking system as long as the banks don't find out which is what most localbitcoin traders do.

Basically they can't create a law against bitcoin right now because it would be a disproportionate response:

1) It's too small for parliamentarians to care about. They are the ones that create laws in the country not SBP or FIA.

2) any such law will only attract attention to bitcoin which will widen its use in Pakistan especially since laws are generally not enforced in the country.

3) it's not illegal in foreign countries that are far richer than Pakistan so making it illegal in Pakistan will make it impossible to enforce the law even if you wanted to. You can simply buy from and sell to foreigners.

So instead of making it illegal they are just spreading FUD about it.

i will say that current goverment's it minster is not capable enough to understand the blockchain.. pakistanis are not educated enough to understand the crypto it is just a mean making money
We need to educate peoples for this because its not easy and going to take some time so don't worry not only current government many previous governments also not understand many things and create too many problems but we need positive mind and positive approach God will bless us  Smiley

I did watch that programme as well but it wasn't directly related to bitcoin; those people were actually stealing the money on the name of bitcoin (taking cash and providing them back a fixed amount of interest on a monthly basis).

That's all that we know in Pakistan regarding crypto.
But I also watch in front of my eyes FIA raid and arrest two persons both was partner and buying and selling bitcoin I know these both persons and they released after paying 1 Lakh rupees now they are not doing any activity like this as they have threat from them very stick or from State Bank and may be they involve in money laundry.

again how a fiat to crypto transfer platform over banks can be decentralized?
trading platform will be decentralized but off course exchange will be centralized.
in addition to that fiat currency exchange is also part of this platform due to low crypto marketcap.

i met with finance minister of Pakistan Asad umar and he is positive about crypto regulation

Can you please tell us more about that meetup?
the purpose of meeting was approval of "PAKDAX" and i receive positive response from finance minister. The problem is opposition. If asad umar allow us to start work then opposition start blaming him for taking hold on state bank. Finance ministry and state bank are not on a same page. State bank is independent and sovereign institute and now only state bank can authorize crypto not finance ministry. Soon i'll meet state bank irector and will discuss it further.
But in the begining PAKDAX will only use fiat currencies for trading and for payment gateway.
new western-union and paypal of Pakistan!!
And much more discussion.

Perfect Money is the one of the e-currency. Few days ago i received my payment and i sell PM (PerfectMoney) US dollars and  1PM= 126 PKR. I was surprised. I think this is good to invest individually but on the other side i feel very bad because our currency fell down badly. But we hope for the right time.

Perfect Money is not an e-currency, it's an online payment processor. 1 PM USD = 1 USD = 126 PKR. It's similar to PayPal, Skrill, Payza, etc.

BTW, I'd suggest you remain careful with Perfect Money. In 2013, a very similar payment processor (Liberty Reserve) was brought down by US government and I lost quite a lot that time. Sooner or later, Perfect Money might end the same way.
Perfect Money is not going to be as Liberty Reserve because its a legal company with solid background and Liberty was doing many things illegally and they was involving in money laundering and some serious criminal activities so don't worry about this and you can do all on this system without tension.

I watch on television FIA arrests many dealers involved in Crypto Currencies business and Government doing very serious crackdown on them which is really bad because we need to spread this for very positive and good future but these are blocking just for personal issues without doing any research and any work.  Angry
