That scenario is also possible... but i don't like it... increasing Bitcoin fee up to thousands of dollar not going to be feasible any way... it might hurt bitcoin... so other possibilities are more likely to happen rather then increasing transaction fees.

It will not end.
Once we have all the bitcoins mined that means we have no more coins to be mined but there will be a circulating supply remember? and when the circulating supply does not increase the demand will increase and the price will increase as well.
Nowadays most tokens to burning to increase the price.
Once all 21 million Bitcoin have been minted, Bitcoin miners will still be able to participate in the block discovery process, but they won’t be incentivized in the form of a Bitcoin block reward. That’s not to say they won’t be rewarded at all, though.
As for the bitcoin mining it will take a lot of time to be mined because of the halving process and do not worry for now we have a lot of years in hand.

Once we have all the bitcoins mined that means we have no more coins to be mined but there will be a circulating supply remember? and when the circulating supply does not increase the demand will increase and the price will increase as well.

Once all 21 million Bitcoin have been minted, Bitcoin miners will still be able to participate in the block discovery process, but they won’t be incentivized in the form of a Bitcoin block reward. That’s not to say they won’t be rewarded at all, though.
