Today was the match of Peshawar Zalmi vs Karachi Kings. This Wednesday is going to be epic at Gaddafi Stadium. If there is a Sunday so more people will come to see the match but not a problem because Lahore and Pakistan are too big so from anywhere we will see the crowd shouting and cheering.

Babar Azam and Aamer Jamal had no competition by the way, Babar Azam and Aamer Jamal both played for Karachi Kings and today we will see them against their turning point of a career franchise. Karachi Kings have just 2 good players Shoaib  Malik and Hamza Mir. I don't think so that Hamza Mir is excellent but according to the team, we can say him good.



At the first ball of the innings of Peshawar, Saim Ayub lost is wicket on the very first ball by the 42-year-old person Shoaib Malik. Saim Ayub wanted to hit on the cover but when Malik released the ball so Saim decided to hit swipe but in the middle, he changed his idea and decided to play at the cover to get four runs but the problem came where when Malik's ball extraordinary spin in the air and come before his bat.  He still had a chance to save wicket but it's Shoaib Malik spin so the result is the out on the first ball. This out made pressure on Peshawar Zalmi on starting of the match.

Karachi king won the toss and first decided bowling. Karachi king bowler out the Peshawar zalmi batsman in the first ball of the 1 over. This is the first achievement for Karachi king team. This is the bad started for Peshawar zalmi batsman. Peshawar zalmi batsman makes 26 run in 3 over and 1 out. Once time again Karachi king bowler out the Peshawar zalmi batsman in the first ball of the 4 over. This is the second achievement for the Karachi king team. Peshawar zalmi batsman makes 83 run in 10 over and 3 outs. Peshawar zalmi batsman are working hard and struggle and make run. Peshawar zalmi batsman makes 154 run in 19.5 over and 10 out. This is the target for Karachi king batsman. This is the easy target for Karachi king batsman. Now let's see Karachi king batsman can complete this target or not.

An excellent performance by KK in bowling against one of the top favorite teams PZ and they completely shattered their batting order with big names like Saim, Haris Babar, and Powel only Baber and Powel showed some resistance against KK bowlers. Now looking forward towards KK batting it's not a difficult target to chase but early wickets can cause some problems for KK to chase this target.

Karachi Kings were winner of PSL 2020 under the captaincy of Imad Wasim and since then there performance has declined. They are under huge criticism due to poor performance last year, just won 3 games out of 10 games played. They should have gone for some good captain but they opted for Shan Masood who is a test player. 6th game of PSL is underway, Karahi kings have won the toss and they have decided to field first against Peshawar Zalmi.

Only 25 minutes left for this match between Karachi Kings and Peshawar Zalmi.Karachi Kings may have continued their losing streak as they lost their first match of the season. Karachi Kings can't field a consistent team every year due to which their losses are more than wins every year. This may be the ninth season of the Pakistan Super League being held in which a team has lost 50 matches in these nine seasons which is a unique record. 

Karachi Kings became the first team to achieve mile stone of 50 defeats in PSL. This year they have done another blunder by making Pakistan test team captain as there captain. Babar Azam has done right thing by moving to Zalmi side. Karachi Kings first match was disappointing as they lost the game by 55 runs and that showed there motivation for this year PSL.

The first match in particular sounds attractive. Karachi Kings have big names such as Leus du Plooy, Hasan Ali, Kieron Pollard, Shan Masood and James Vince. On the other hand Zalmi have Aamer Jamal, Babar Azam, Khurram Shahzad, Tom Kohler-Cadmore and Rovman Powell in their side. However, Zalmi looks more balanced as they have quality batsmen. In the second match, I would have gone with Lahore Qalandars, but they have lost both of their matches now. Multan Sultans are in great form and have won both their matches till now.     

This game of PSL series was held on Multan Cricket Stadium and this stadium was lucky for Multan Sultan team. Multan Sultan team won toss and they got a chance to choose bat or field in first and Multan Sultan team elected field first and gave chance to Islamabad United team batting. Islamabad United team set 144 runs target in 19.5 overs and entire team bowled out. M.Ali got a player of game award due to bowling lineup effort and he took down 3 wickets in 4 overs with 19 runs. A.Afridi dismissed 3 wickets in 4 overs with 33 runs. R.Hendricks completed mid century and scored 58 runs in 46 balls with six 4s and one 6s. Theri batter and bowlers performed very well and this was a 2 nd win of Multan Sultan.

Give your opinion on this match as Karachi and Zalmi Both lost their 1st game and also want to start getting the 1st point by winning the game.
2nd game should be played between Multan Sultan Vs Lahore Qalandars
MS after consecutive 2 victories they are currently the leader of the PSL 9 but the situation is opposite on the other side for LQ they lost their starting 2 games and looking to win the third game at any cost.
What are your thoughts on the Double cracker of PSL 9?

I thought Multan Sultans vs Islamabad United would be a high scoring match. Islamabad United went into bat after losing the toss, Multan Sultan bowlers bowled brilliantly from the beginning. Munro & Hales quickly returned to the pavilion. Agha Salman & Jordan Cox put on 68 runs for the third wicket, but the rest of the team's batsmen could not take advantage. Islamabad's innings stopped at 144 runs. Mohammad Ali bowled brilliantly for Multan Sultans, taking three wickets for 19 runs in four overs. Now batting Multan Sultan their team score 77/1,over 10. Malan was dismissed by Naseem Shah for no runs. Hendricks & Mohammad Rizwan are batting in the second wicket partnership. Multan Sultans need 68 runs from 60 balls and hopefully Multan Sultans to win easily.

Tomorrow again Lahore has a very good match to host between Karachi Kings and Peshawar Zalmi. In this match, nothing is surprising because everybody has seen Karachi Kings's performance at Multan, but maybe now at a different stadium Karachi Kings will play so they will play some good and we will see more improvement in their team.

But there is no good player at Karachi Kings whose personality is like that who said people to see thier batting but still it's a good match because Babar Azam is like a player who needed just 6 runs to complete his 10,000 runs and every single person excited to see his celebration on the front of their eyes while Babar Azam fans are like to see just Babar Azam on the front of eyes. Even in Lahore, Peshawar Zalmi had more fans than Lahore.

This will be the second match of the Zalmi team at Lahore Qalandars and By the way, it's a ground where always lucky for Babar Azam. In 2007, when Babar Azam was playing Under 16, he was selected as a ball picker when Australia was on a tour of Pakistan and the hardest catch came to Babar Azam and he picked easily too. So, the batsmen of Australia said that they would do something, and in the last match of Peshawar Zalmi, a bowl picker was again there, and again the hardest catch came to him but he also picked it easily and he was standing near to Babar Azam and gave Babar Azam bowl and Babar Azam clap to him. In a moment, a man sees his past and a man sees his future. It's the all years of the hard work by these batsmen that they represent their national team.

But the way IU started is good but missed catches of Rizwan and Hendrickes cost this match. Imad Waseem is not at his best.MS controlled this game in such a good way they should easily win the match soon.

Yes Islamabad is looking best team amongst all. Look at their batting line up, their openers are known dangerous player of this format. Alex hales has strike rate of 138 in t20 with 30 runs average which is good in this format.  Munro is too good with 156 strike rate. Azam khan and Captain Shadab itself are good strikers of ball and shadab proved this in the previous match. Slaman Agha is not a good striker but he could help in pressure situation like he did today. Two wickets falls earlier and then Salman Agha rotate the strike. Bowling is also not bad, Naseem shah has very good fast spin and Imad wasim is experience bowler.

Today is the match of Multan Sultan vs Islamabad United starting in a few minutes from now, and both team's previous results in this PSL are good as Islamabad won against Lahore Qalandars in the first match where we saw seen ceremony while Multan won against Karachi Kings two days before.

I think the Islamabad team will win this match because the Multan team doesn't have special players without Rizwan and Abbas Afridi. They won against Karachi Kings because Karachi Kings don't have any good players without Shoaib Malik.
Shan Masood is also a captain just for a name otherwise he doesn't have anything in his who proves that he is a captain. I think Salman Agha can do good captaincy than him. Where Islamabad has good to good batsmen like Shadhab Khan and mostly England team was in their team,  their jerseys were also very similar to England team jerseys in 2016 World Cup and 2022 World Cup.

Also if we see the odds for this match at stake.com, then it is almost similar odds for both the teams. You can bet on any team that you think is your favorite team and get good odds for it.

A big game is going to be played at PST 7 between two Giants MS and IU at Multan stadium and i am expecting a real class from IU because of their excellent track record in PSL and 2 times champions and every time they play like a champion. Both teams are very good in their batting and bowling strengths but Multan had the advantage of their home ground and they already played and won their 1st game very easily so it's a tough match for IU as well as for MS because everyone wants to win consecutive first 2 games of PSL 9. Now let's wait until the match gets started.

The two teams facing off in today's match of Pakistan Super League 2024 have played one match each before and both of them have won one match. Multan Sultans faced Karachi Kings in their first match on 18 February in which they defeated Karachi Kings by 55 runs.
Similarly, Islamabad United played their first match against Quetta Gladiators which took place on 17 February. In that match, Quetta Gladiators put up a huge innings of 195 runs, but Islamabad United won this match by a huge margin of 8 wickets.

Multan Sultans and Islamabad United will take on each other in the fifth match of Pakistan Premier League today, both teams are much stronger this season as they have already proved. The players of Islamabad United presented their impeccable batting performance in that match against Quetta Gladiators. Due to which maybe everyone will want to keep Islamabad United team ahead in today's match.

Every season of PSL produces some new emerging talent, and examples are players such as Shahnawaz Dahani, Abbas Afridi, Zaman Khan and Ihsanullah. In this season, it is the turn of batsmen such as Jahandad Khan and Khawaja Nafay. I was particularly impressed with Nafay. He is yet to take part in any first class matches and yet he won the match for Quetta Gladiators yesterday. He stayed calm at one end, and never allowed the required run rate to go beyond the acceptable limits. And from the other end, wickets were falling like peck of cards. 

Quetta Gladiators team performing outstanding in this Pakistan super league session 9 winning both of their match. In the match against Lahore Qalandars they win it only the amazing batting performance of Khawaja Nafay what a outstanding player scored 60 runs unbeaten in just 31 balls and win match to Quetta Gladiators by 5 wickets. Khawaja Nafay ues best talents so far doscverd in this PSL 9 and he is player of the match for match winning knock.

The two teams that will participate in the 5th match of Pakistan Super League PSL 2024 are Multan Sultans and Islamabad United. Both teams are side by side in the PSL points table. Besides, it is very difficult to predict which team will win today's match with good performance from the position. However, if I had to make a prediction about today's match, I would definitely back Multan Sultans in today's match. This match will be played at 8:00 PM Bangladesh time let's see if my prediction focuses on me.

Multan Sultans played the 7th match against Islamabad United on February 19 on that day Multan Sultans won the match by 52 runs.  Multan Sultans are a very good team and looking at their previous performance it seems that Multan Sultans will win today's match as well but it will also have a big run margin. I think Multan Sultans will win this match by at least more than 30 runs.  Since the Pakistan Premier League has started recently and not many matches have been completed, now Multan Sultans are in the second position of the points table.  But I think they will move to the first position in the coming days
