While I certainly do believe that Bitcointalk is full of far right conservative views, I would have to disagree with your statement that racism is not moderated here. I think severe kinds of discrimination would definitely get your posts deleted.

You are right.
Number of children in some society is not directly connected with the number of refugees.
Political and economic situation, in some country, influence people much more than number of their children.
If people are desperate and have no choices (no jobs or security), they will eventually decide to become refuges and to go to some other country.
For the most people number of children is not issue but blessing.
