How can I import from paper wallet to digital Pandabank?
There is a really good tutorial here showing how to sweep into the Electrum wallet. From there you'd be able to send your coins to your Pandabank.

Damn my friend and I mined this back when it first started, he had over 1 million coins, but he has since lost the wallet
